DEALING WITH ANOTHER PSYCHO

The next evening after dinner, Can and Sanem took the triplets to Omer's karate school. Can and Sanem already knew Deniz wanted to start karate. They were waiting to see what Yildiz and Ates thought of it. Omer came over and shook Can's hand. Can introduced his wife to Omer. Omer shook Sanem's hand. Omer had Deniz, Ates and Yildiz join the beginner's class. Can and Sanem sat back and observed. Sanem notice Dhyana in a more advanced group. Sanem was in awe. That little girl could move. Sanem was definitely impressed. Omer paid extra attention to the beginner's group. He preached to them about the safety of karate. He taught them that karate was not used to hurt or injure people. It was to be used for self-defense in the event that their life was at risk. Omer began with beginner's moves. Sanem watched her children. Deniz was really into it. She paid close attention to what Omer was saying and the moves he was teaching them. She caught on really quick. Ates and Yildiz were also doing well. Sanem looked at Can and he raised his eyebrows at Sanem. Sanem smiled and nodded at Can. He nodded back. Can reached over a grabbed Sanem's hand.

They continued to watch the class. Sanem kept looking over at Dhyana. Sanem could not believe a 6-year-old girl could move like that. That could be her kids in a few years. Sanem looked over at Can and asked what he thought. Can told her he impressed. Sanem said she was too. She asked what he thought of the kids taking lessons. Can said he was OK with it if she was. Sanem told Can she thought it would do the kids good. Can agreed. After the class was over, Omer came over to Can and Sanem. He asked what they thought. Can said they were impressed and would like their kids to take lessons. Omer said that was great. Omer told them classes were every Tuesday and Thursday. Can shook his hand and they would return on Tuesday evening.

The kids were excited to learn they would be taking karate lessons. Deniz jumped into her dad's arms and told him thank you. Can told her she needed to thank her mother. Deniz hugged her mom and told her thank you. Sanem kissed her and told her she was very welcome. Can and Sanem took the kids and headed home. Once home, the kids headed for their baths. Once they were dressed for bed, Can and Sanem tucked them in for the night. Sanem and Can went out to sit on the balcony. Can had his arm around Sanem and she had her head on his chest. They were looking up at the stars. Can told Sanem it was a beautiful night. Sanem told him it was always a beautiful night when she was next to him. He kissed her head. He asked her if she was alright with the kids taking karate lessons. Sanem said she was OK with it, but the first time any of the kids used karate out of anger, then the lessons for that child will stop. Can agrees with her. Can asked her if he has told her today how much he loved her. Sanem thought for a moment and said no, but she could never get tired of hearing it. Can told her he loved her with all his heart. Sanem told her husband she loved him with every breath in her. Can rubbed her swollen abdomen and started talking to his unborn son. He then asked Sanem if she has thought of a name for their unborn son. Sanem told him to choose. Can said we will call him Albatross. Sanem said they were not naming their son Albatross. Can laughed and told her he was kidding. Can told her since it will probably be their last child how about Tarik Nihat Aziz Divit. That way he would be named after both of his grandpas. Sanem said she loved it. They named the girls Deniz Mevkibe Divit and Yildiz Mihriban Divit. Ates was named after his daddy...Ates Can Divit. Sanem asked her husband if he was going to able to stand looking at her when she gets big as a house? Can told her it makes him love her more because she would be carrying their child conceived out of love. Sanem kissed her husband.

Soon, they were headed to bed. Sanem was exhausted. She always got tired easily when she was pregnant. Sanem changed into her pajamas and Can changed into his usual...a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. Sanem got into bed and buried herself in the covers. Can climbed in on his side and pulled his wife into his arms. He wrapped his arms around her, and she laid her head on his chest. This was the favorite position of both of them. Can did not think he would be able to sleep if his wife was not beside with her head on his chest. He realized Sanem had drifted off to sleep almost immediately. Can followed right behind her.

Sanem woke up first in the morning. She felt like a tree with a koala bear wrapped around her. Can's arms and one of his legs was thrown over her. She was cocooned in his arms. She could barely move. She slowly slid out of bed to visit the restroom. She then went to start breakfast before the kids had to catch the bus. While breakfast was cooking, Sanem woke up the kids so they could get dressed for school. Once they were dressed, they came out to the dining area to eat their breakfast. Sanem went and made each of the kid's beds. She went to see if Can was up for work. He was still sleeping. Sanem started kissing his face and then his neck, to wake him up. Sanem said good morning, my love. Can opened his eyes and said 5 more minutes. Sanem laughed at their little inside job. Sanem said get. The buss will be here for the kids shortly and he has to eat his breakfast. Can said OK, but she has to kiss him first. Sanem gave him a deep kiss. Can said he was getting up. Sanem went back to the dining area to check on the kids. They were all in an awesome mood. All three could not stop talking about their karate lessons. They finished eating and took their dishes to the kitchen sink. They then went to get their backpacks. Can came out of the bedroom dressed for work. He sat down to eat his breakfast. Sanem started washing the breakfast dishes. When Can finished eating, he washed up his dishes. They all headed outside to wait for the bus.

Once the bus picked the kids up, Can and Sanem headed to the agency. When they arrived, Mr. Ferit was in Emre's office. When Emre saw Can he motioned for him to enter his office. Can went to Emre's office to see what was up. Emre said Mr. Ferit came to warn them about his son, Hakan. Mr. Ferit said Hakan had become obsessed with Sanem. Mr. Ferit said he entered Hakan's bedroom yesterday, when he was not home. He did not know how Hakan even got a hold of all the pictures on his wall, but they were all of Sanem. Can saw red. He was very angry. Can wanted to know how he became obsessed so fast. He had only met his wife a few times. Mr. Ferit said it appears Hakan has known Sanem for quite some time. A few of the pictures were very old. Sanem must have been 18 or 19 years old. Can went to his office and asked Sanem if she had met Hakan before his father brought them his business. Sanem said she does not recall ever meeting Hakan. Can asked high school or college maybe? Sanem thought for a moment and said she still does not recall ever meeting him. Can told Sanem what Mr. Ferit had reported to him and Emre. Sanem was shocked.

Sanem asked Can what they were going to do about it? Can said he didn't know, but his gut told him to contact the police before Hakan did anything stupid. Can went back to Emre and Mr. Ferit. Can mentioned the police and Mr. Ferit's face went white. Mr. Ferit said he did not want his son locked up. Can looked at Mr. Ferit and said if his son comes near his wife, he would kill him with his own bare hands. He told him that he better hope the police find him first. Mr. Ferit told Can to call the police. Soon, the police were in Can's office. Can let them know everything, even the day he accosted Sanem at the coffee station. The police followed Mr. Ferit home so they could see Hakan's bedroom.

Can told Sanem he was not leaving her side until this psycho was found. Sanem told Can she could protect herself. Can told her she was going on 5 months pregnant and she had more than herself to protect. Can embraced his wife and told her he would protect her and their unborn son with his last breath.
