I smiled as the warm rays of sunshine kissed my face, lips as light as a feather.

Stretching my limbs, I opened my eyes as they slowly but surely got used to the bright light that greeted me good morning by shining through my blinds.

Yawing, I got out of bed and dragged my feet over to my bathroom to take a quick shower before getting ready.

After showering, I got dressed for the day and went into my kitchen to make myself some coffee.

Whilst making it, I smiled at the thought of yesterday night.

How can Kaneki be so... Romantic? I thought, sighing dreamily. He never failed to take my breath away.

I still couldn't believe we were getting married. It just seemed so... Unreal. I never thought the day would come where I would actually be able to marry someone I love and cherish. I just used to look at it as... Fate. And that fate will never come to me. I guess I was wrong. So wrong.

I'm so happy that I'll be able to spend the rest of my life with Kaneki. Yes, we will have our ups and downs, but at the end of the day, that makes our bond and love for eachother even stronger, if that is even possible.

Finally, I finished brewing my coffee.

I inhaled it's delicious scent and walked into my living room, a smile on my face, which was rare.

Putting my coffee on the table, I pulled out my phone and sat down on my sofa, just flicking through some notifications.

What caught my eye was a message from...

My heart beat loudly in my chest as I opened it up with extremely shaky hands. My breathing became uneasy and my palms begun to sweat slightly.
