Chapter 10

Jin POV

I stare at the door in fear after hearing the 'thump', but no other sound came afterwards. Maybe I'm just hearing things. I close my eyes and try to drift off to sleep again when I hear a loud knock

"Jimin?" I asked hopping it was just my new friend knocking. I hear a low whisper on the other side of the door and hesitantly, get up and start walking towards it. I hear the whisper again. "Jiiiiiin. It's Tae, can you hear me?" my face drops in annoyance as he tells me who he is. Annoyed I open the door, and see Taehyung fall in to my room floor from where he was sitting outside.

"Tae, what are you doing here?"

"I got lonely" he said with a pout looking down at his hands. He smells a lot like alcohol and I can tell he was wasted, but even then I couldn't deny how adorable that was.

"Do you want me to help you back to your room?" I ask.

He looks up at me and licks his lips as he looks at me up and down. "Depends, what's gonna happen when we get there?"

I role my eyes at his comment. "Is sex all you think about?"

"Nooo. Only when I'm around someone as captivating and sexy as you" I feel myself blushing, but shake it off.

"Ugh if you're here to be a hormonal ass then you can find your own way back to your room" I said reaching for the door.

"No, please. I don't want to go. I promise I'll behave, but please can I stay until I sober up. We can talk, just talk. I swear." I eye him suspiciously before he continues. "I was being honest when I said I feel lonely." I sigh in defeat and take a seat next to him against the wall.

"What do you want to talk about?"

He thinks for a couple of seconds before looking at me with a wide smile. "You"

"Me?"

"Yeah, come one you kind of came out of thin air. I had never even heard of Min Seo having a family outside of us, and then one day out of nowhere she tells us that her nephew is coming to work for us. We were all really shocked and confused."

"That's probably because there's not much to tell. She wasn't part of my life growing up. I saw her a couple times, and when my father passed away, she stayed with my mom and I for a few weeks. One day she just left. She didn't say anything, she was just gone. My mom later told me it was because she was offered to work for some rich family which I can only assume it was yours. So I guess in a way you took my aunt from me" I chuckled at the last part and turned to look at him. He was already looking back with a confused look on his face. "What?"

"I didn't take Min Seo from you" he said defensively.

"I was joking I know she loves me more, and I understand why she left. She really needed the money."

"No I don't mean it like that. I mean Min Seo didn't leave you to work for us, because she was already working for us at the time."

"How can you be so sure you would've been like six, so you probably remember it wrong or the alcohol has your memories messed up."

"Nope, I'm one hundred percent positive that Min Seo has been working for my family for longer than you think"

"And what makes you so sure?" I asked slightly getting annoyed.

"Because she's been working for us since before Namjoon was born. She always mentions how it was a pain in the ass to potty train us when she wants to embarrass us in front of friends."

"Then why would Mother lie to me?" I'm so confused now.

Tae shrugs his shoulders. "I don't know maybe she's keeping something from you."
