Tae POV

My heart warms as I see Jin and his aunt embraced in each other's arms. I also can't help but feel the slightest bit of jealousy. I wish I'd grown up around a loving mother like I know Jin did.

"Has no one told you how rude it is to spy on others?" A shiver runs down my spine as I recognize who the sinister voice belongs to.

"You're one to say. Isn't that all you do? Spy on all of us?"

"I don't need a spy to see what you've been trying to do with the new help." She spits out.

"Well it's good to see that your age hasn't affected your vision." I blankly state before walking away from her. She follows me upstairs and grabs my wrist turning me to face her. "Don't walk away from me when I'm talking to you."

"I have nothing to say to you." I bark.

"You're stupid if you think you'll date that low-life." My blood boils at the words coming out of her mouth.

"Don't talk about him like that."

"The money comes from me. I talk to him how I please." She gives me a smirk and steps closer. "I see you learned nothing from the lesson I tried to teach you."

"That was not a lesson." I say through gritted teeth. "Call it what you want, but locking me up in the wine cellar paying women to seduce me, your teenage son, and forcing themselves on me was not a lesson. It's just proof of how mentally sick you are!" I exclaim breaking free from her grasp.

"Don't be such a baby. Boys your age would've seen that experience as heaven. And it worked for years. Up until that trout-mouthed, gold digging, bast-"

"ENOUGH! Don't ever talk about him like that!" I growled. "He has a name. Jin! His name is Jin! And just so you know your stupid 'lesson' never worked. I'm still as gay as the day you caught me almost fucking my high school boyfriend!" I feel a sting in my face.

"Don't raise your voice at me I'm your mother. If I knew Min Seo was going to do such a shitty job raising my two ungrateful sons, I would've fired her a long time ago."

I meet her gaze ignoring the pain on my cheek. I'm not backing down from her anymore. "Nothing you do will change who I want to be with. And just to make it even more clear I do like him. I like Jin and I'm going to spend every day that he's working here showing him how much I like him, and I don't care what you or dad have to say about that." I say firmly making sure she understands how serious I am.

"Sucks cuz I have a lot to say about that." I hear a stern voice say behind me. I turn to see my dad with arms crossed.

"How much of that did you hear?" I asked.

"I came up when I heard a slap. Seoyun, I will speak with you later. Don't ever slap our son without a valid reason ever again." He says glaring at her. She responds by rolling her eyes. "And you" He says pointing at me. "My office. Now." I let out a small gulp as I make my way to Father's office.

I sit in one of the chairs patiently waiting for him to disown me. He walks in front of me and leans on his desk. "Listen son" he starts as I look down waiting for the painful words I know will soon pierce through my heart. "You can't spend all day every day going after Jin. Keep in mind that he's an employee here. He has a schedule that starts at 6 before breakfast and ends past 8 once the kitchen is spotless. Don't distract him from his duties. If you want to take him out on dates you'd have to do it after his work is done. If you want a whole day with him it'd be preferable for you to let me know first. Pass this information along to Jungkook as well. I've been told he took Jimin out today and it would've been nice to know that I'm an employee short. Are we clear?" I sit there completely dumbfounded. My eyes are wide in shock and my mouth is hung open. "Are we clear Taehyung?" He asks again.
