The weeks that followed were almost unbearable after they formed the case. I knew I eventually had to tell my mom about what happened, but nothing could prepare me for the look of complete distraught and heartbreak after learning what had been done to me. We're still working on moving on from it together.

I also told Yoongi and Jungkook about the report along with everything else that had happened. Hoseok ended up having to pick up their badges and suspend them for a month after he found out that they were trying to track down Seoyun and take justice into their own hands.

My trips to the police station were so common that I ended up being on a first name basis with everyone, including their captain. I would have been absolutely miserable if it weren't for my amazing Jin. He was with me every time I had to be called back in for questioning, and was always there to comfort me when Hobi would have to let another suspect go because they weren't the right one.

Right as I was about to lose hope I got a call when I woke up from Hoseok to meet him at the station once more. I head downstairs for breakfast. I greeted everyone and took my usual spot next to Jin after I kissed my mom good morning.

"You heading back to the station again?" Namjoon asked.

I nodded while trying to gulp down my omelet. "I doubt they got the right ones. I know Hobi is trying his best, but I don't want to get my hopes up."

"Don't think like that. Yoongi and Kook said it themselves, Hoseok is one of their best detectives. If anyone is going to find these women it'll be him," Jin says resting his hand on top of mine. I pick it up and press his knuckles against my lips. "I'm sorry I can't come with you today," he says softly. I shake my head.

"Don't be. School needs to be your priority. You should be happy that the dean of Seoul University wants to meet with you to offer you early registration. You must have been a genius back home," I lean in and kiss his cheek as he giggles.

A small cough interrupts our moment and I turn to see Namjoon glaring at us. "Jin, Tae, if you don't mind, some of us are still single at this table."

We finish breakfast and I walk Jin to my car that I'm letting him borrow to go to his meeting. "I love you. Everything is going to turn out just fine," I say with a pout.

"Awww, baby I love you too," Jin beams at me.

I look up from my position from being sprawled on the hood of my baby and glare at him. "I was talking to my car."

He rolls his eyes and crosses his arms. "I told you I could've taken the bus," he responds.

I get off my child and hand my keys over. "She is a new model that just came out. Please be careful. No speeding or running red lights, and if I see one scratch on her I will never let you ride her or me again," I warn.

"Oh how ever will I survive not being able to ride you," Jin says sarcastically.

I fake a gasp and lightly shove him. He gets in and I kiss him once he rolls the window done. "I mean it. Please drive carefully, not just because of the car." He nods and gives me one last kiss.

"I love you," he whispers against my lips. I reply with a small peck then watch him as he drives off. Once I shower and get dressed I make my way to the station.

I start getting road rage as there's more traffic than usual. An incoming call interrupts my ranting towards the car in front of me who let someone cut in to traffic. "Hello?"

"Good morning, sir, is this Mr. Kim Taehyung?"

"Yes, this is he."

"I'm calling from Seoul University. We have your number down in our files to contact if we want to get in touch with Mr. Kim Seokjin. He had a meeting at 9 am but hasn't shown up, and we've called him a couple of times but he has not picked up his phone."
