Finding Love (China x Female Reader x Japan)

At the Beach

Under the bright cloudless sky, the blue sea sparkled from the sun rays hitting the water. The gentle waves washed up to the sandy shore, bringing with them many sea‐shells and beautiful stones to the coast.

"Wow, it's so beautiful!" I exclaimed.
"Isn't it, aru?" Yao grinned.
"But why aren't any people here?" I asked, confused.

Arthur walked up to us. "This is our very own private beach, love. We've made sure no one intrudes here while all the countries are at their least defense."

"I see," I said, nodding.

"You've finally arrived!"

We turned around. Toris was running up to us. Behind him, we could see the other countries standing beside their cars.

"Where were you all? We got so worried for you!" he said.

All of us eyed Alfred who laughed nervously. "Sorry, dude. It was my fault that we got lost. Anyways...Now that the hero has arrived, let's play!!"

Alfred grabbed Toris by his arm and took off towards the sea.

"Wait, where are you ‐" The Lithuanian man got cut off by a huge splash of water delivered by our own personal hero.

"Nahahahaha!!"

"Alright, Mr. America. If you insist then‐ OH GOODNESS!!" Toris shrieked.

Alfred stared at him, slightly tilting his head in confusion. "What's wrong?"

A large figure came up behind him, almost casting a shadow on the American. Alfred's face went pale as he realized who it was.

"Let's see who can hold their breath underwater the longest, da!"

Ivan was about to grab Alfred when he dodged out of his grasp.

"No, thanks!"
"It will be fun, da~"
"I said 'No'!"

We watched them chase each other in the water.

"Hey! Let's go too!"

The others ran towards the sea and started playing in the water.

Miss Elizabeta came up to me and took my hand. "Let's go, (Y/n)!"
"Okay!" I smiled.

My eyes then landed on Kiku who was still sitting inside the car all by himself.

If only...I can understand what he's thinking...
