I was standing in front of the mirror, brushing my long hair. We were supposed to head out in a few minutes. My suitcase was already packed and I was ready as well.
I went over to get my suitcase and headed out of the room.
Everyone was waiting outside in front of the mansion to see us off. The car was ready to take us to the airport. I joined the others whom I was supposed to go with.
"Everyone, take care of yourselves!" Miss Elizabeta said.
"Thanks a lot! And don't worry, we'll bring Japan with us!" Alfred gave a thumbs‐up.
"Take care!"
"Don't forget to bring us souvenirs!"
"Enjoy yourselves!"We waved at the countries and were about to step in the car when Arthur stopped us.
"Wait!"
We looked at him.
"Let us first check if we have brought our passports and other important documents along with us or not," he proposed.
"Hah! That's stupid! Who forgets to bring their passport for a flight trip?" Alfred snickered.
"Just to stay cautious," Arthur stated.
"Alright," the American sighed. We all checked our bags to make sure we didn't forget anything.
"I have everything with me," I said.
"Me too, aru," Yao told.
"I am too smart and brilliant to forget something," Francis winked."So everyone has‐ Italy, why is your face so blue?" Arthur asked.
We turned to face Feliciano, whose face was pale as if he had seen a ghost.
"Veneziano, what's wrong?" Lovino asked his brother.
"Ve~ I can't find my passport," Feliciano said with a nervous smile. We all stared at him. Then a loud cry of "What?!" echoed throughout the place.
"What do you mean you can't find your passport, Italy?! Did you lose it?!" Ludwig bashed at him.
"V‐Ve~? I‐I don't think so..."
"But you just said that you can't find it," Arthur said.
"I‐I don't know!"We only have some time in our hand. We need to find Feliciano's passport before our flight takes off.
"How about we search for it," I suggested.
"But that would take too long," Antonio pointed.
"We can't leave Italy out though. He's one of Japan's closest friends," Arthur said.We thought on what to do. If we don't find the passport soon, then Feliciano couldn't join us. That's the last thing we could afford to do before a trip.
Tears started forming in the corner of Feliciano's eyes. "It's okay. You all can go without me. Ve~"
"No!! We won't! Now hurry up and start looking for that passport!!" Ludwig ordered.
His booming voice startled us. We all rushed into the mansion and searched for the passport. Feliciano took a few of us to his room to check whether he left it there or not.
He searched behind his pillows, under his blanket, in his closet, on the couch, yet couldn't find it anywhere.
"Are you sure you took it with you, Italy," Francis asked, worried.
"Ve~ Yes, Brother France. I remember putting it inside the pocket of my trousers."
"Maybe you dropped it along the way?" I said.
"That's a possibility, aru," Yao agreed. We went out of the room to where the others were searching.
"Did you find it?" Alfred asked.
We shook our heads."What should we do now, da?" Ivan asked.
"I guess...Italy can't go with us..." Everyone frowned."Ve~ It's okay. I can stay back and eat pasta! It's sad I won't get to meet Japan, but ‐" he stopped.
We saw tears flow down his cheeks as he forced a smile.
"Feliciano..."
"Uh, excuse me?"
We turned to see who it was. A brunette man with droopy eyes and a few small cats on his shoulder came to us. As far as I remembered, his name was Hercules Carpus and he was the country of Greece.
"What is it, Greece?" Antonio asked.
Hercules took something out of his pocket and handed it to Feliciano. "I think this belongs to you," he said in a calm tone.
We looked at what it was.
The passport!
"V‐Ve~? T‐This is my passport! We got it!" Feliciano skipped in joy.
We turned to the Greek man. "Where did you find it, Hercules?" I asked.
"My cat found it lying on the ground, so it brought it to me," he answered. We sighed in relief. However, that didn't last long as well.
"Holy Hamburger! Look at the time!" Alfred cried out.
I checked the time on my wrist‐watch. We were late!
"Let's hurry up!" We ran towards the car and sat inside. The engine started and we drove past the gates while waving back at the countries in the mansion.
After a one‐hour drive, we finally reached the airport.
Alfred took our passports to the check‐in counter. We stood in front of the terminal, waiting for him.
I nervously gulped. I felt my heartbeats pacing faster.
"Is there something wrong, (Y/n)?" Ludwig, who was standing beside me, asked.
I nodded. "Actually, I never thought I would be going to Japan so suddenly. I'm a bit nervous," I admitted.
"Don't worry, love. You'll be alright," Arthur assured me.
"Ve~ Japan is a beautiful country. And their ramen is good too! But nothing beats pasta!" Feliciano said.
"We're all going together, so don't fret!" Antonio smiled at me.I smiled. "Thank you, everyone."
Alfred came back. "So? What are y'all waiting for? Let's go! To Japan!"
