Chapter 9 - Doubts!

Third Person P.O.V

They had come quite a distance by passing Wando Ferry Stop's road. The two were walking along. Huge hills on one side, deep canyons on the other. The jungle started from where the mountain had become small. When Jungkook went there, he suddenly stopped. Taehyung said looking at him,
- "What happened?"

Jungkook showed Taehyung a jungle and Taehyung asked frowning,
- "Why are you showing me a jungle?"

- "We're going in there and will search for a place to spend the night."

- "We're staying in a jungle?!"

- "So? What did you think?"

- "I thought you would make some arrangements." 

- "What better way can I do in this quiet place? If you want to go to any village or army check post, you can be reached in 3/4 hours of walking. But the light will stay maximum of 30 minutes. That's what the wise, we can do in this situation. " 

- "That means we've to stay here?"

Jungkook chuckles at the brunette's shocking expression and said nodding his head, 
- "Yaap!"

Taehyung was really scared. He had to spend the night with this unknown boy in this forest! The boy seems better than he has seen so far, but what if he is acting? When they'll be alone at night, what if he changes into his true form? Dogs can be trusted but not people! 

Thinking all these Taehyung quickly asked,
- "Don't you have any torch?"

- "If so?" 

- "Can we go to the check post with the help of the torch? Please? I can't stay in this jungle. It's still not dark! The whole thing is shivering me!" 

- "How old are you?"

Taehyung frowned at the sudden question as he asked,
- "Why?"

- "Tell me? 16? 17? 18?"

- "17+. I'll be 18 soon."

- "From the point of view of the study, you're 3 years younger than me. And from the age, you're 5 years younger. So it's okay. You can say this." 

- "Which one? The torch idea??" 

- "uh..hmm!" 

- "You said that the Army doesn't permit to walk at night but we are in trouble. I'm sure they'll understand if we'll explain them."

- "God! Why don't you understand? This is the problem when you travel with kids!" 

- "Excuse me?" 

- "Sorry!"

- "Explain to me. Make me understand."

- "How do I explain? You're not an adult yet. How do I tell you adult talks?"

- "Listen, I've already pass those adult chapters on school. Tell me." 

- "What did you do in school?" Jungkook raised his brow slightly.

- "Huff! Will you say? I understand all the adult talks."

- "Kids are so fast nowadays!"

Taehyung rolled his eyes and looked at Jungkook with a flat expression saying,
- "You're wasting time. If you can't explain then please let's walk. I can't stay the night in this jungle."

With that Taehyung started walking but stopped again when Jungkook said,
- "Okay. Wait, wait. If I was alone, I would have walked out this night too. I didn't even need the torch because it's nothing before the bright light of the moon. But I can't risk it with you. The army can take chances at the checkpost."
