Ahhh I love Michi so much uwahhh (*''*) ♥︎♥︎♥︎ I read that she dislikes mirrors quite a bit, so I've made a reason for that in this chapter. Happy Birthday dear angel ♥︎

You were at the Asylum and to no surprise your hunter was the Geisha. It was her birthday after all and she was very skilled. However she would not be hunting anyone today, and chose to be friendly.

So here you were chatting with everyone and working on a cipher. "Did you get anything for your birthday yet?" Fiona asked with pure curiosity. The Geisha nodded happily behind her fan to avoid our gaze. "What were your favorites?" You asked giving her a sweet smile.

"Well, Violetta made me a doll, and Robbie made me a picture." She beamed as she spoke. You smiled at the last bit. Her and Robbie were very close as he seen her as his mother, and him as her own child. The Cipher was almost done so you offered an idea. "Do you want to take a walk?" You asked her. She nodded and to her surprise you gave her your hand. She grinned happily and took it hesitantly, still holding her fan to cover her pale complexion.

You had both been chatting and walking around quite cheerfully as she told you of all the fun things the Hunters did for her. You walked into one of the bathrooms and looked to the mirror. "Ah Michiko." Her eyes widened at your use of her name. "Y-yes?" She asked softly.

"Can you look at me in the mirror? I never seen your face before and I bet it's really pretty." You smiled in the mirror but she was silent. "I- uhm, I'm not sure (Y/n)..." Her voice seemed to shake as she cowered away from the mirrors. "Awe why not? I just wanna see you!" You tried to keep upbeat despite her hesitation. You gave her a smile and she just shook her head. Her behavior had gotten so sour? How come?

You gently walked over to her and placed a hand on her own which held her fan. "Hey Michiko, what's the matter?" You voice was obviously concerned as you lightly touched her. She did not flinch at your touch, so you knew you were not the problem.

"I'm sorry (Y/n), I'm just not fond of mirrors..." She looked down, her fan still in place. "Why not?" Your considerate tone softened her tense posture. Her fan lowered to your shock and she looked at you, only her midnight eyes visible. "I'm not-... a pretty thing." Her voice was confident in what she said. She well believed she was a distasteful sight.

"Michiko what are you talking about!?" Your loud voice made her jump with wide eyes. "I-!"

"I just know you look so lovley Michiko, and your humming is so charming. You'll always be pretty to me." Your hand tenderly pulled down her fan and she reluctantly let you. Soon enough you stared at her nervous features. Her face white as snow with a light tint of red on each cheek and some on her lips. Then a fade of red at the corner of her eyes.

"Michiko you're so..." Your eyes couldn't help but linger on her features. You've only caught far away glimpses but now she was close and clear. Her eyes widened with a timid fear as her hands slowly rose and you noticed. Ah your probably made her think she was ugly for taking so long! "BEAUTIFUL!" You blurted out with a red hue covering your face and her expression turned flustered.

"Y-you mean it?" She asked nervously, her hands clasped together. You nodded vigorously as she flushed a bright red. Her expression softened and she smiled. "Th-thank you." She said pleasantly.

"I don't understand how you could think your looks are so distasteful?" You spoke truth, she was absolutely stunning! So why? How could she think that?'

She gave a sorrowful smile and walked up to the mirror to look into it. "I just-..." Her hand lifted to her cheek. "I'm so pale. My eyes aren't as shiny as they used to be, I'm... dead..." She had a pained expression as if she was about to cry. "I miss my old self. I'm just a spirit that doesn't need a heartbeat. I've already died... corpses aren't pretty, they're just cold and empty shells..."

"That's not true." You said blatantly. She looked back at you but you quickly faced her to the mirror. "Look at you."

She did. Your hands caressed her cheek. "Your face is the perfect shape, and your eyes are just a beautiful as they used to be. They have that enchanting look to them, and your pale expression is so elegant. " You smiled lovingly at her in the mirror and she slightly gaped at your words. You placed a hand on her chest where ones heart would be. "And you don't need a heart Michiko, I know you love, you don't need some organ to love somebody or something. But start with loving yourself first." You smiled at her reflection but she didn't something unexpected.

She started crying. "Ah! I'm sorry did I say something wrong?" You panicked as she furiously rubbed her eyes. "No- ha! No you didn't! Not a word actually." She turned to you and smiled. "I'm just... happy that someone finds me so beautiful." She laughed lightly with her sweet voice as you blushed. You did just start spewing how lovely she looked after all.

The siren interrupted your embarrassment. "Here let's go." You gave her your hand once more and she took it much faster this time. You both walked to the exit gate, her fan in her waist tie now. You turned the corner to your team and the open gate. "Ah you guys are- wow! Miss Geisha you look so pretty!" Emma beamed, admiring her looks. "Your make-up is lovely." Aesop murmured. Fiona simply smiled at the Geisha who seemed very delighted.

"Thank you everyone." She bowed elegantly and walked into the gate. Everyone waved goodbye and said happy birthday once more to the raven haired miss.

"Well, Happy Birthday Michiko!" You gave her a subtle wave yet she crouched down. "Ah wait." You turned and walked back to her, unsuspecting of her intentions. But she swiftly placed her hands on either side of your face and gave a small peck to your nose.

"Thank you (Y/n)."

And with a soft tint of pink on her cheeks, and butterfly's flapping there wings behind her shy form, she surrendered her match.
