•Wine & Whiskey - Recluse Eli x Reader
-"Eli Clark." The call of his full name had the three of you whip your head around. His boss appeared and walked up with two people behind him. "Yes sir?" Eli being as respectful as humanly possible said. However his boss never cared for Eli's kind hearted nature, not one bit.

"You've been, working this case quite a while haven't you?" You shook at the mans word, fear of your friend being fired fell heavy on your shoulders. "I'm not.. being let go, am I-?"

"No no no, just uh grabbed some help from the city over." Your eyes widened and so did Emily's. Eli simply stood their in dismay yet his boss continued. "This," He gestured you all to a male and female. "is Naib and Emma. They were top detectives in their home town." The male, Naib, seemed to not care for the praise, as the girl, Emma, seemed to brighten up to it.

•Gunfire - Naib x Reader
-Some of your peers made it out of the room, and others were shot through the windows trying to make it out. You almost made a run for it, as dumb as that choice was, but you were so scared you wanted to run straight home. Until a figure jumped through the shattered window and ducked right next to you. "Damnit."

Your eyes fearfully traced the gun in his hands and he didn't seem to notice you till you just about hopped away like a frightened bunny. But a hard yank on your wrist pulled you down when bunches of more shots barely missed you. "Ah-!" You covered your head, not knowing what else you could do to protect yourself. "You wanna die!?" You flinched at the harsh voice as you looked up. If you hadn't been in such a life threatening situation, you would've inquired on why this boy who seemed around the same age as you was in the army, but, as you said, you were probably about to die.

His green eyes focused of the reloading of his gun. The boys hands seemed to shake before lifting the weapon over his head and shooting blindly before taking your wrist and running out of the room.

•Doesn't Matter - Naib x Reader
-Oh how things switched up so fast. You may have backtracked into a hole and now reached for the man in front of you. It was quite successful too as he swore at the hard yank. "Christ-!"

It wasn't a long drop as you anticipated as your back hit the hard ground and turned on your side in pain. "O-oh Hastur-sama-!" You cried your gods name through your teeth (I'm never writing a Hastur lemon just btw 🤚). "Fucking klutz!" Your eyes popped open and you sat up instantly. "H-hey! Watch your potty mouth!" You seen the man get up and freeze as he turned to you astonished. "Potty mouth!? Your concerned about my damn language!? We're in a fucking 30 foot deep hole WOMAN!"

You looked up and seen the entrance of the ravine you fell in. "Oh yeah check that out." He stomped over to you and grabbed your collar, pulling you up furiously. "NO! Not check that out! How are we gonna get outta here!?!" He yelled, quite loudly with the echo of the cave no less.

"Okay-! Let's just- calm down okay?" You grabbed his shoulders and pulled him down with you. "Deep breaths." You said softly and took your own advice. He breathed as well, but it was hard and heavy. "There we go!"

•Forgotten - Eli x Reader
-"What are we looking for?" Fiona asked as you both walked in. Eli had asked for a spare key from Emily to his room, and only gave it to you. The thought of that made you want to cry, you missed his love for you so much. "Uhm, just things he held dear..." She couldn't help but stop with a nervous look on her face. "Are you sure this will work?" She asked as she rummaged through his nightstand. "Why do you ask?" You felt like she was going to say something awful. "Didn't... he hold you dear?" You stopped abruptly and the air got thicker. "I... "
