Day passed by quickly. Malapit na ang finals. Madami na naman akong aaralin. Kailangna 'kong pumasa. Gusto 'kong makatuntong ng second year. Parehas kami ni Zed busy sa pag-aaral. Nagkikita kami, pero hindi madalas. May ginagawa din daw kasi siya bukod sa pag-aaral. I understand him. It's really hard na pag sabay-sabayin yung mga ginagawa.
Kapag ng nagkikita kami, nakikita ko agad sa itchura niya na pagod siya. But he still showed me his smile. One of those reasons why I fell in love with him. Minsan nakakalungkot din. Dahil hindi na namin gaano nagagawa yung mga bagay na ginagawa namin nung hindi pa kami busy talaga. Pero dahil nga malapit na yung finals, of course study first. Pero para sa'kin, dalawa sila ang priority ko.
"Let's take a break! My mind is already drain of so much informations! And my stomach... God, I'm starving." Mark said as he caresing his stomach. Ako rin, gutom na. Puro nalang aral ang ginagawa ko, to the point na nakalimutan ko nang kumain.
I'm with him right now at the lib. Madalas ko na rin siyang kasama kapag nag-aaral. Tahimik lang kasi siya. He really need to by queit and just focus on studying. Nakita ko yung mga libro niya. Ang kakapal. Tinitignan ko palang nahihilo na ako. He's really smart and hard working. I'm really sure that he would become a good lawyer in future.
"Okay, let's eat." I said then stood up. He did the same. He's really tired, as I was.
Nang makarating kami sa caf ay kumuha agad kami ng makakain. Kailangan namin ng pagkain at mabusog para mag-fuction naman yung utak namin. Walang gaanong tao kasi may mga klase yung iba. Coincedence siguro na wala pareho ang prof namin ni Mark kaya wala kaming klase ngayon.
"Anyway, how are you together?" napatingin ako sa kanya nung bigla siyang nagsalita.
"Ha?"
"How are you, and Zed?"
"Ahh... Were fine" I replied. He nodded. Okay naman kami. Wala naman kaming problema. Busy lang talaga.
"Eh, ikaw? May love life ka na ba?" I ask. I actually still curious about the girl he loves. Hindi na siya nag-kukwento tungkol sa babaeng yun. Siguro nga nag let go na siya. It was the best. The girl already had a boyfriend, and he said that she was happy with him. And as long as our love ones is happy, we will be happy too.
"Ahm... Not thingking about that. I will just focus on my study."
"Why not?" kunot noo 'kong tanong. Bakit hindi? He deserve to be loved too. To be happy too. I understand that study first, but, pwede namang sabay. Katulad ko.
He shook his head. "I have no time. I'm busy."
"Busy rin naman ako, pero nasabay ko diba? I just want to see you being with the girl who'll love you the way you deserve."
He smiled, a little. "Riebecah, we're different. Dadating din ako diyan. Hindi lang ngayon, busy talaga ako e."
I was about to say something. Again. Because I really want him to have a love life. When his name being called. Pareho kaming napatingin sa tumawag sa kanya. And then I saw a girl. A beautiful girl. Smiling at him.
"Mark, mamaya ha? Hintayin mo nalang ako." the girl said. Tumaas ang kilay ko. That girl is okay.
"Okay, I'll just finish my bussiness with her." Mark replied. Dalawang kilay ko na ang nakataas.
"Okay then. See you." the girl smiled and he smiled back. Nung maka-alis na yung babae ay tinignan ko siya. Medyo bumilis ang pagkain niya.
"What?" he ask when he felt that I was staring at him. I wiggle my brows and smiled teasingly.
"Busy daw siya..." pang-aasar ko. There's really something about them--with the girl. Sana lang tama ang hinala ko at nararamdaman ko. Para naman may love life na talaga siya.
