"Rise and shine sleepy heads" Damon said from the doorway standing with Evelyn seeing Stefan and Elena cuddled up in Stefans bed

"What are you doing?" Stefan asked as they looked up at them

"Oh, stop being smutty" Evelyn said

"Seriously get out of here" Stefan told them

"If I see something I haven't seen before I'll throw a dollar at it" Damon said making them all raise their eyebrows

"Now listen. There's some very important business to discuss. I filled Evelyn in" Damon told the couple

Evelyn only nodded as Damon had told her earlier how the couple had agreed to help her Katherine out of the tomb

"It has to be now?" Elena questioned

"We have lots to do. Now that we're all friends and working towards a common goal. So in order to open the tomb we need to find the journal, to get the grimoire to undo the spell. So first things first. Since you are gilbert's you're on journal duty" Damon explained to the three

"Yeah sorry to break it to you, were not gilbert's" Evelyn told Damon

"You're a Gilbert by association" Damon told the twins

"Since when am I helping?" Elena asked him

"Stefans helping, and you've taken up residency in Stefans bed. Ergo—" Damon told the Elena

"You don't have to do anything you don't wanna do" Stefan told them

"We'll look for it today" Elena said lying back down

"Good" Damon told the twins

While Damon and Stefan talked about how to find this magic cookbook. Evelyn laid down on Stefans couch in his room seeing his journal beside it. Seeing no one pay attention to her she picked it up as started reading it. She immediately started laughing at how Stefan wrote

"What's so funny peppy Gilbert," Damon asked looking at her

"Have you always been this broody or is it just a personality trait?" Evelyn asked Stefan while holding up the journal

"Oh, he was. Such a bore when we were kids" Damon said with a chuckle walking out of the room with Evelyn following him

Later that day Evelyn walked into the house seeing Elena and Stefan looking through a box. Elena picked up a muffle

"Oh you too are getting kinky" Evelyn said in a sing-song voice

They both just rolled their eyes at that

What Evelyn didn't know about this arrangement with Damon was that Stefan and Elena were lying

Later that night Damon was over for dinner. Evelyn was carted plates you the table when Damon bumped into her

"Don't do that" Evelyn told him placing the plates around

"Do what?" Damon asked acting clueless

"You know what. That was deliberate" Evelyn said

"Well, yeah. I was deliberately trying to get to the sink" Damon told her

Evelyn only scoffed at his excuse

"Speaking of Stefan, where is he?" Damon asked her

Evelyn only ignores him not knowing the answer to that question
