When Evelyn got a text from Elena to meet her at the Lockwood mansion, she was extremely confused, to say the least

"Elena, I'm here, what did-" Evelyn started to say but screamed when she saw Elijah

"Hello, Evelyn," Elijah greeted

"Oh my god, please don't kill me," Evelyn said closing her eyes while holding up her hands in surrender

"It is not my intention to kill you, I am here to talk," Elijah told her

"You pulled the dagger out?" Evelyn asked her sister

"Yes. Now sit down," Elena told her

"Now, where were we, yes. So I assume the martin witches are no longer with us?" Elijah asked

"No," Elena said

"One is burnt to a crisp and the other has his throat torn out," Evelyn told him

"And Katerina, she would have been released from my compulsion when I died," Elijah said

"Yeah, no hard feelings," Evelyn said

"Klaus took her. We think that she may be dead," Elena said

"What she means is, we hope she is dead," Evelyn said

"I doubt that. Not Klaus's style. Death would be to easy for her after what she did," Elijah told them

"I don't understand, you say you want Klaus dead, but you still made Katherine pay for betraying him," Elena said

"I have my own reasons for wanting Katerina to pay," Elijah said

"Let me guess, she seduced you, as she did with the little puppy named Mason Lockwood, then ran," Evelyn said

"There was a time, I'd have done anything for Klaus." Elijah said

"Yes, Klaus is my brother," Elijah said and Evelyn spit out her tea

"We heard that we're still trying to process it," Evelyn said

"Yes, I'm a little behind on the times. But I believe the term you're searching for is 'OMG'," Elijah said and Evelyn burst out laughing

"You do have a sense of humor, I thought you were like Stefan, an uptight, bunny muncher," Evelyn said

"There's a whole family of originals?" Elena asked

"My father was a wealthy landowner in a village in eastern Europe. Our mother bore seven children," Elijah explained

"Oh god, if they all come I don't think I could handle that, they would be too good looking," Evelyn whispered to her sister

"So your parents were human?" Elena asked ignoring her sister

"Our whole family was. Our origin as vampires is a long story. Just know, we're the oldest vampires in the world. We are the original family, and from us, all vampires were created," Elijah said

"Right, but Klaus is your brother, and you want him dead? I mean me and Elena fight but I don't want to kill her, are you sure it's not a little sibling feud?" Evelyn asked

"I need some air. I'm still feeling a tad...dead, come." Elijah said

"You've been dead for centuries," Evelyn said as the twins followed Elijah out

"So as you've seen nothing can kill an original," Elijah explained

"Oh, I've seen. I watched Damon try to turn you to ashes," Evelyn said
