"Hello, Elena, Evelyn. It's nice to see you again," Isobel told them as she stood at the front door

"Again?" Jenna asked still in shock

"So you're the woman who's dating my husband. I need to speak to the twins, may I come in?" Isobel asked

"No, no, no, don't invite her in," Evelyn told Jenna

"I need to talk to you," Isobel told them

"No," Evelyn said and slammed the door in her face

"You knew she was still alive? And Ric? John? Did they know?" Jenna asked with tears in her eyes

"I can explain everything, Jenna," Elena said

"No, Jenna. Please," Evelyn said as they followed Jenna up the stairs

"Jenna, wait," Elena said as Jenna shut her door

"Jenna, you have to talk to us. We need to explain what's going on. Jenna please..." Evelyn said knocking on her door as they could hear Jenna crying

"Hey, is she up yet?" Alaric asked the next morning as Evelyn opened the front door

"She won't come out of her room," Evelyn told him

"What did you tell her?" Alaric asked her

"Nothing. She won't talk to me," Evelyn said

"We're gonna have to fix this, Evelyn," Alaric stated

"Yeah. Hey," Evelyn said as Jenna walked down the stairs

"Jenna," Ric said

"I don't want you here, Ric. You need to go," Jenna told him

"Listen, I can't even begin to imagine what you are feeling right now," Alaric said

"Rage and betrayal would pretty much cover it," Jenna told them grabbing her coat

"Where are you going?" Evelyn asked her aunt

"I'm going to stay on campus. I have a thesis to write and I don't wanna be in this house," Jenna told them picking up her bags

"Jenna, please, just stop. Let us explain to you exactly what is going on," Alaric said and Elena walked down the stairs

"Elena, Evelyn. I need you to go to the Lockwood's today and accept the Historical Society's check for your mum's foundation," Jenna told them

"Okay, but, Jenna, please just-" Elena started to say

"I don't have it in me for any more lies from you," Jenna said and walked out of the house

"Let her go, it's better that she's not here with everything going on. Maybe had you been a little more honest with her from the beginning-" John started to say but was cut off by Alaric punching him

Evelyn held up her fist and Alaric fist-bumped it

"Sorry," Alaric said and walked out of the house

"You know this is your fault, right?" Elena told him

"Right," John muttered

Evelyn and Elena started to walk up the stairs when Evelyn stopped, turned around and slapped John in the face

"You deserved that," Evelyn told them and walked up to her room
