Evelyn's outfit ^^^

Evelyn and Elena were both sitting in the Grill studying when Damon appeared on a seat next to them

"What do you want?" Elena asked him

"This is where you spend your time when you're not stabbing people in the back," Damon said looking around

"What is he talking about?" Evelyn asked her sister confused

"I tricked you into telling me the truth. That's not stabbing you in the back. That's using your own tactics against you" Elena explained

"Where are you going?" Damon asked as he watched Elena pack up her things

"I made myself clear, Damon. I want nothing to do with you" Elena said standing up

"Okay, I'll see you at Jenna's barbeque," Damon said 

"What? Why did she invite you?" Evelyn asked him

"How did you know about Jenna's barbeque?" Elena asked

"It was my idea. Jenna went to school with Mason Lockwood. So I figured a social gathering would be a good way to get to know the guy" Damon explained

"Does Jenna know that you're gonna be there? Because she isn't exactly you're biggest fan" Elena asked him

"Perfect. Thank you. I'm hoping this peach cobbler will pave the way" Damon said as a waitress handed him a box

"Where's your off button?" Evelyn asked getting up 

"Nice one. See you at the barbeque" Damon said and walked away

Later that day Alaric, Caroline, Evelyn, Elena, Damon, Jenna, and Mason were all sat around the Gilberts living room as Damon was drawing some kind of dog creature

"Dress. Ballerina!" Jenna shouted

"Puppy, a puppy with a tutu!" Caroline screamed

"No," Damon told them

"Dog. Hound dog, 'you ain't nothing but a hound dog" Evelyn shouted

"Dances with Wolves," Mason told them

"Mason wins again," Damon said

"How is that a wolf?" Jenna asked pointing at the picture

"I need a shot," Evelyn said getting up and heading to the kitchen

Later they were all sat around the table as Damon walked up to them with the cobbler

"Mason. Why don't you start us off?" Damon said placing it in front of him with a silver knife

"What am I? I apologize I'm an animal" Mason told them as he picked it up with his hands

"So, Mason. You and Jenna never dated?" Alaric asked him

"She was always lost in Logan Fell land," Mason told him

"Oh, my first mistake, Mason was a catch. He had girls lining up," Jenna said 

"Really? Ha. I always pegged you for a lone wolf" Damon said to him

Evelyn just choked on her drink making Jenna give her an odd look, and she quickly muttered an apology

"Oh, I'm sure, I'm not half the lady-killer you were" Mason replied

This caused both Alaric and Evelyn to choke on their breath at how the other two were interacting

"How about a toast?" Jenna asked

"To new friends," Mason said looking at Damon as their all linked their bottles

Alaric and Evelyn both chugged back their bottles as they would need it to get through this afternoon

"Wow. Slow down you two" Jenna said

Evelyn just ignored her and opened up a new bottle of beer and taking a gulp

Later that day Elena came back from Stefan's and ran into Evelyn's room

"I just met Katherine," Elena told her

"Ah, how was she? Scary, nice, mean. Ask you to be her evil sidekick?" Evelyn told to her sister while closing her sketchbook

"I don't know we didn't really talk. But she looked exactly like us. It was scary" Elena said sitting down

"That's one word for it" Evelyn muttered

After Elena left her room she heard her and Stefan talking about how they had to fake a fight, as Katherina has been using Caroline to try to break them up

She heard them mentioning that they couldn't tell anyone that they were sneaking around so Evelyn decided not to tell anyone and play dumb
