Caroline, Bonnie, and the twins were all crammed on Caroline's bed sleeping. Bonnie had her head on Caroline's arm while the twins were cuddling together

Just then Elena's phone started ringing and she fell off the bed dragging Evelyn with her

"Go away," Bonnie grumbled

"Whoever is calling, tell them I will strangle them with their intestines," Evelyn mumbled trying to get back on the bed

Elena crawled out of the room as the other three tried to go back to sleep

"Ready for our romantic weekend, plus Evelyn?" Stefan asked Elena as they stood in their house

"Beyond ready," Elena said

"Let's go before John shows up and pretends to be concerned father," Evelyn said

"I'll go put our stuff in the car," Stefan said carrying their bags as Evelyn followed

"You alright?" Stefan asked the twins as they were looking at their lakehouse

"We're good, just haven't been here since before," Elena said

"Oh, my God. Just say the word and we'll leave," Stefan told them

"I always loved it here," Evelyn said

"Me too," Elena said

As the twins walked into the house they looked around

"You don't have to wait there, we're all good," Elena told Stefan as he stood outside the door

"Oh, that's great, it's just, I'm stuck," Stefan said

"Oh, God. You can't get in," Evelyn said and Elena knew what she was doing and played along

"It's not going to be a very romantic weekend, unless you don't, uh, invite me inside," Stefan said

"Stefan, we can't," Elena told him

"What?" Stefan asked confused

"My parents left this house to John Gilbert. He's the only one who can invite you in, I'm sorry, we completely forgot," Evelyn explained

"You're kidding me right?" Stefan asked

Both the twins just burst out laughing

"Stefan Salvatore, I hereby invite you into this home," Elena said cheekily

"You're such a liar," Stefan said and picked Elena up kissing her, while they were having their makeout session they completely forgot about Evelyn

"Ahem. I'm still here you know if you're gonna do that take it upstairs," Evelyn told them

"Oh, right, oops," Elena said

While Elena and Stefan went outside to look over the lake, Evelyn wanted to see her parents room

She walked around and picked up her mother's perfume, smelling it. It immediately brought back all the memories with her. She opened the door to their closet to get a jacket as it was cold when she tripped over and hid the back wall. What she didn't expect when she hit it was to notice it was hollow. She quickly found a gap in the panels and pulled them off to reveal a door.

She turned on the light inside to show stakes, crossbows, and other hunting equipment, but with wood.

"Oh, my god," Evelyn muttered
