Freya was standing holding Hope looking at Evelyn and Dahlias' incapacitated bodies. Klaus had gone to find what to use to kill Dhalia

"When I woke they were like this. Evelyn told me she had a plan to kill Dahlia and Klaus is helping. She and he knew our plan wouldn't work," Freya said

"Yes, according to him, our ingredients are wrong. Niklaus infiltrated Dhalia's mind. You didn't break her heart. We needed the blood of the witch she loved the most and you are not that witch. That honor belongs to our beloved mother," Elijah said

"So, we need Esther's blood. Well, that's impossible. I killed her," Freya said

"One incarnation. Our mother is buried in New Orleans. Niklaus wants to revive her original body," Elijah said

Freya, Rebekah, Elijah, and Marcel were in the compound

"So what was Evelyn's plan?" Elijah asked Freya

"She knew our plan wouldn't work. She came to me the night that Mikeal died, telling me she could trade herself for Hope. I wouldn't let her, she agreed to be the back-up plan. Her and Dhalia must have linked themselves when they made the deal," Freya said

"Why would Dhalia want Evelyn? She's not a witch," Rebekah said

"She had a soulmate bond. Those are made of pure magic, and have an unlimited power source, she also offered herself up as the eternal life," Freya added

"She's an idiot. We need to save her," Rebekah said

"The dagger. It's bloody melting," Rebekah said as she looked at the dagger in Evelyn's chest

"We have no choice but to carry out the plan Evelyn has set," Elijah said

"Apparently Klaus is already on that," Freya said

"There has got to be a way to kill her," Marcel said as he watched the dagger almost completely melt

"There is," Freya said holding up the white oak stake

"No, Freya!" Marcel shouted by was kept back with magic

"She told me this was the only choice," Freya said

Freya plunges the stake into Evelyn's heart but nothing happened

"This isn't possible," Freya muttered

"What the hell?" Marcel said confused as it wasn't killing her

Suddenly the two women disappeared into thin air with the stake

What Evelyn didn't know was that Dhalia had put an extremely strong protection spell on here when they bonded so she couldn't be killed, and Dahlia wouldn't die

Dahlia and Evelyn appeared in the place where they made their deal, Evelyn was still unconscious when they arrived but Dahlia wasn't

"I can't let myself die and my magic disappear," Dahlia said and started chanting over Evelyn's body

Dahlia walked into a warehouse dragging Freya with Evelyn beside her in a daze or sorts

"Two centuries ago, this city hung it's traitors right here. I thought it only fitting that it be your slaughter grounds," Dahlia said
