Evelyn walked down the stairs to see Hayley standing with a fire poker and talking to Rebekah

"Rebekah, you made it," Evelyn said

"Eve, I missed you. Where is Elijah?" Rebekah asked hugging her

"Beats me. He's long gone," Hayley said

"What do you mean long gone? He was just here," Evelyn asked

"Well, one minute he was here making epic promises about protecting me in this predicament a bottle of scotch and some bad decisions got me into. He was all poetic about how we're family and then Klaus told me he bailed," Hayley said

"That bastard," Evelyn said

"Guess that's what I get for trusting a vampire," Hayley said and Evelyn started laughing

"Elijah is not just any vampire, and he doesn't break promises," Rebekah said

"So that means Klaus has done something dastardly and Klaus-like," Evelyn said

"Klaus, get out here and tell me what you've done with our brother, you narcissistic, back-stabbing, wanker!" Rebekah shouted

"Don't make me drag you screaming!" Evelyn shouted

"Enough with all the shouting. Little sister, I should have known, I assume the 6 dead vampires were your doing," Klaus said walking into the room

"They were very rude, trying to victimize a poor, innocent girl just trying to find her way to the quarter," Rebekah said

"You are anything but poor and innocent, Bekah," Evelyn said

"So sorry were they friends of yours? Oh, that's right you don't have any friends," Rebekah said

"I do have friends, I have Evelyn and Marcel. You remember him, don't you?" Klaus said

"Yes, of course, I do. He fancies himself the king of the quarter now and he has these rules about killing vampires. It will be fun to see what sort of punishment he comes up with for you," Klaus told her

"I don't care about Marcel or his rules. Elijah doesn't welsh on deals. What did you do to him?" Rebekah asked

"Perhaps he's on holiday or taking a long autumn nap upstairs. Well, go on, look around. You remember this house as well as I," Klaus said

"I remember everything," Rebekah said and walked out

"You jackass, idiot, pinhead, twat! You daggered him, you bastard!" Evelyn shouted punching Klaus

"Ow! Stop with the punching," Klaus said trying to block her hits but failing

"No," Evelyn said

"Where are you going?" Rebekah asked as Klaus walked out

"It appears the night is not quite over, I'm off for another drink with Marcel," Klaus informed them

"Elijah told me your plan to take apart Marcel's empire piece by piece. I don't remember it involving you two drinking New Orleans dry together," Evelyn said

"What some friends do when they get together is drink, and when they drink they tell secrets. Marcel has some way to control the witches and I aim to uncover the how, so I might take it for myself," Klaus said walking out

"You, wolf girl. We're gonna search this house inch by inch until I find out what my evil brother has done with my good one, you're helping," Rebekah said
