Rebekah was laying on a bed when she shot up gasping. She looked around the see nurses treating the sick and then suddenly they disappeared and she saw she was in an abandoned hospital room.
"Who's there?" Rebekah asked as she heard a laugh
Rebekah started stumbling out of the room to see Evelyn lying in the middle of a circle surrounded by a line of salt

Evelyn shot up gasping and saw she was in the doorway of the gilbert house she looked up to see Jeremy plunge the white oak stake into Kol's heart
Evelyn screamed and felt herself start coughing blood while it came out of her ears and eyes
She tried to crawl forwards as Kol screamed but fainted
Evelyn shot up gasping once again but to find she was in the water in a car. She looked around and saw no one
She started banging on the windows and she started choking on water. She broke the window and swam out and climbed onto the bridge, she looked and saw Kol walking towards here
"Ko-" She tried to say but choked on water
Suddenly the white oak stake appeared in his chest and he caught aflame and Evelyn tried screaming but water just started pouring out of her mouth and she passed out
She shot up gasping once again to see she was strapped to a chair with Kol beside her
"Kol," Evelyn mumbled in shock
"And now, the last step," She heard Esther say and stab him with the white oak stake
"No!" Evelyn screamed and tried to get out of the chains but couldn't and she fainted again
She once again shot up gasping as she saw she was in an animal pen, she started coughing as it felt like razor blades were travelling down her throat
She crawled over to the door to see Kol running towards her
"Run," She choked out but he suddenly caught aflame again
She shot up gasping again but saw she was in the compound
"Hello?" Evelyn called out
"You can save him," A woman said walking out
"What are you talking about?" Evelyn asked her confused
"Kol, you can save him. Choose," The woman said and Kol stood to her right as the entire Mikealson family including Davina and Marcel
"What's going on?" Evelyn asked
"Choose," The woman repeated
"Choose what?" Evelyn said
"Who lives and who dies, them or him," The woman told her
"No, no way," Evelyn said
"Okay, then," The woman said and Evelyn fell unconscious
This exact cycle repeated for hours in the same order with Evelyn denying to pick
Suddenly Evelyn appeared in a room
"Please don't make me pick," Evelyn shouted out
"Eve," She heard from behind her to see Kol
"Kol," Evelyn said and ran into his arms
"Oh my god, what's going on? How are you here?" Evelyn asked
