But you're my little brother, you make mistakes, I'm not sure if you wanted to kill Kol to hurt me or because your hunter side kicked in, but I'm trying to believe in the latter because if I don't I have to admit to myself I have no family left," Evelyn said crying as she sat in front of Jeremy's grave

"Elijah being human means a fresh start. I can grow old, have a family and fill my days with meaning knowing that each one matters," Rebekah said as Elijah, Klaus, Evelyn, and her sat at the table

"Well, that was poetic," Klaus said

"Well, if you can provide us with a more compelling reason for wanting the cure, Klaus, please," Elijah said

"Silas can appear as anyone. He got inside my head, convinced me I was dying," Klaus said

"Damn, thought you would finally die," Evelyn said cutting him off sarcastically

"He'll torment me until I give him the cure," Klaus finished

"In doing so he'll break down the wall to the other side," Rebekah said

"So it doesn't trap him there when he dies. He wants to reunite with his long lost soulmate," Klaus said

"He will open the gates for every supernatural creature that ever died," Rebekah said

"Including Kol and Finn. We'll have our family back, Evelyn will have her soulmate back and won't vomit blood 24/7," Klaus said and Evelyn started coughing blood

"Please, you hated Kol and you kept Finn in a box for most of his life," Rebekah exclaimed

"Why am I here again?" Evelyn whispered

"You're family," Elijah said

"Right," Evelyn mumbled

"Elijah, please," Klaus said

"Your personal discomfort might not be sufficient reason for putting the entire world in jeopardy, Klaus," Elijah said

"Evelyn, what do you think?" Klaus asked

"Kol died to stop hell on earth, don't go against that. Shove the cure down Silas's throat and let the bastard be trapped on the other side," Evelyn said

"What about Kol?" Klaus asked

"I want nothing more than to be with him, but he wouldn't want me to unleash every supernatural creature to do so," Evelyn said and walked away

Evelyn walked into the room seeing Klaus holding the white oak stake and Elijah standing in front of him

"Please don't tell me you're trying to kill each other again, I'm tired and really don't want to break this up," Evelyn said

"No ones killing anyone," Elijah told her

Evelyn was standing in the shadows watching her sister and friends dance at their prom. Evelyn was planning on going to New Orleans with Elijah to see to a threat against Klaus. Evelyn didn't plan on coming back to this godforsaken town in her life. She watched as Elena and Damon danced and she felt a pang of hurt pull in her chest as she realized she and Kol would never be able to do that again. Evelyn didn't know how or why but she could always tell when Kol was near on the other side. She felt that sense of familiarity and the feeling of home that she felt with Kol. Evelyn let a tear slide down her face and felt a sensation on her hand, looking down she saw nothing but had a feeling Kol was there.
