-Shyvana POV-

Morning once more, and I woke up in a different environment from what I'm used to. This cave is different not just in shape, but it also has some inhabitants already inside of it. I wandered my gaze around the place, noticing almost immediately something that made me wake up entirely.

Kei'ral was awake and was calmly caressing the fur of the baby Zinogre, while the adult of the cave was still sleeping. He seemed to be in deep thought, so he probably didn't notice me waking up. I walked closer to him, noticing me, he turned around and gave a me a tired smile while letting go of the baby Zinogre.

Kei'ral: Good morning. How are you feeling today?

Me: I should be asking you that same question.

Kei'ral: I'm fine, I'm fine. I can already move freely, and all my wounds are healed...

Me: And how is that possible?

Kei'ral: I guess I just heal faster than we thought I could.

I raised an eyebrow at him, not fully believing what he was saying. The only time I saw him healing mortal wounds was when he fought and killed the Teostra. Something that doesn't make me feel any better. But it brings me an idea of what could have happened.

Me: So, how did you sleep last night?

Kei'ral: Not that good to be honest, I had a terrible nightmare.

Me: What kind of nightmare?

Kei'ral: I uhhmmmm...

*Sniff¨* *Sniff*

The adult Zinogre woke up and started sniffing the air, obviously looking for something in the cave. It didn't take long before he found out the origin of the smell, fixing his attention on Kei'ral and giving him a cautious glare. Kei'ral raised his hands a little to show no intent to harm, but soon enough the Zinogre gave him an annoyed glare.

Out of a sudden, it tried to attack Kei'ral with his tail, spinning in his place and covering it with dragon lightning. Kei'ral reacted almost instantly and jumped with an agility I've never seen before, he then clutched to the wall of the cave with newly formed claws. His body was now covered in great part by red scales that in a whole, resembled muscles. His face had some red scales too and behind him there were two tails covered in what actually appeared to be rocks.

Kei'ral: *Sigh* Come on, I was expecting this lie to last at least for the day.

He jumped down and received a scolding stare from the adult Zinogre.

Kei'ral: You are a grumpy old wolf Cerberus, you know that, right?

An annoyed growl was the fanged wyvern's answer, while the little one was hiding behind the back of his father. Kei'ral was watching his own body with curiosity and a little of worry.

Me: Would you tell us the truth now?

Kei'ral: *Sigh* Do I have a choice? Look, this is going to take a while so, why don't we go for something to eat for breakfast before discussing this?

I raised an eyebrow once more, then looked at the adult Zinogre walking to my side while practically doing the same at him.

Kei'ral: What? Oh! I'm good to go, I swear. I mean, look at me, fully healed.

I turned to see the Zinogre while he did the same, we shared an exasperated gaze for a moment before returning to see the guy in front of us. He was looking right beside him with an indifferent expression, as if something was there.

He rolled his eyes and then turned back to us. I meditated this for a moment but finally came to the conclusion that there was no harm in letting him go out to get some food, well not as long as I'm around to watch over him. I turned to the Zinogre to tell him the idea.
