You couldn't compete so you tied to get the misfits on bored your mafia for 30% of all stocks, drugs, men, weapons they would give you protection business men names and fear schlatt and co wouldn't stand a chance however that deal for some reason didn't go through and schlatt got the misfits for 10% they agreed.
