Mercedes's POV

*fighting from outside*

My body had forced me to shoot up super quickly. I rubbed my eyes as they were trying to focus on everything around me. My head was hurting but that was expected.

I looked at my surrounding and noticed that this wasn't my house, and i was in a bed by myself. Once i had everything processed i started to freak out.

I felt my body freaking out and noticed i was in boy clothes, and this wasn't even Ryan's or Beto's house. It was worse, i was in Paxton's house. In his bedroom, but he wasn't here.

I grabbed everything that i saw was mine and ran outside, to see Beto's car parked in the driveway and the fighting had gotten louder.

"You better have not fucking touched her." I heard a familiar voice.

When i turned the corner it was Beto with a red face, and his knuckles tensed up. They both didn't notice me yet though.

"You had your eye on her all fucking night. It's not a surprised that you took her home when i left to get more drinks for 5 minutes."

"Man she passed out. I wasn't going to leave her there."

"Passed out or not you could've taken her inside of RYAN'S house, not take her here to yours." Beto had turned his body away from Paxton and then ran over to me once he saw me.

The hug he had given me was very warm, but tight, he was definitely angry which is not like Beto. Beto isn't an angry guy, and never intentionally gets angry.

"We're going home Mercedes." He grabbed my hand and him and i walked over to his car to leave.

"Wha-a-t happened." I stuttered scared to talk. I hope i didn't do anything bad when i went to Paxton's. I wasn't naked or anything.

"I don't know Mercedes."

Dylan's POV

*the night before*

"Beto. Can i have you get some drinks from the store. We're running out." I had asked him because i knew i wasn't sober enough to drive, but he was.

"Sure. Keep an eye on Mercedes please, but if something happens to her, don't fight with her. Unless she's hurting herself."

"Got it."

He had only been gone for 5 minutes, but in 5 minutes Mercedes had noticed Paxton for the first time while she was drunk.

Mercedes was sitting next to me and the girl i was with. She was just chatting and having fun but started to actually acknowledge her surroundings.

"Paxton's here?" Her said, and everyone nodded. "I'm going to say hi."

"Mercedes that's probably not a good idea." I tried to convince her.

"No man. It's okay. He's my friend."

"Mercedes seriously."

"Dylan, i don't want to argue with you. Okay?" She smiled but you could tell that the actually Mercedes wasn't there at all.

I did keep an eye on her. I really did. She went over to Paxton and gave him a hug, and talked to him, and she was being touchy, but a minute or so after that she fell to the ground, but instantly got back up, but looked even more out of it.

Paxton was also drunk too, but Beto didn't know that. He wasn't nearly as drunk as Mercedes though. She was way to out of it, but i know he was still in the right state of mind, just not enough to make good decisions.

I looked away from them to talk to some friends, but when i looked back she was gone, but Paxton was still there. I had just assumed she went inside.

Beto had arrived back. "Where's Mercedes?" He looked around and saw Paxton was still here.

"I think she went inside."

"Oh okay. I'll just leave her alone for now."

And he did, so we had just hung outside for the rest of the night as other people went home.

Beto and I went inside and decided to clean up the mess in the morning. He went to look for Mercedes, but couldn't find her, but there was a locked room. We decided that it was probably her, because Trent was on the couch passed out a couple of hours before that. We both really didn't think of anything.

*Morning*

"MERCEDES!" I shot up and saw Beto yelling around the house for Mercedes's. "Dylan the room is open, but i cant find her."

It took me a minute to realized what he was taking about. I had went up stairs to see that the door to Trent's room was open now.

"Trent?" I said when i walked into his room. He was now in his bed, sleeping. "Your door was locked last night."

"Oh yeah. I locked it before the party because i didn't want a nasty couple or a drunk person coming into my room."

I froze and so did Beto who listened in at the end of the hallway. "Where the fuck is she."

Beto was furious, and worried at the same time. Trent had gotten out of bed and came into the hallway.

"Mercedes?" Trent asked. Beto and I both shook our head. "Oh."

Trent made a face and went back into his room. Beto then came charging into his room, so i threw my arm in front of the door way to keep him out.

"Trent." I called for him. "Tell us where she is please."

"You don't wanna know." Trent said softly to Beto with a pleading face. "He took her to his house."

"He?" Beto face was even more red. Then he looked at me and started to walk away. "I'm going to that kids house."

Beto then had disappeared from the house and i walked into Trent's bedroom. "Why she go home with him?"

"I don't know."

"Trent."

"You can't tell him anything."

"They're not?"

"Dylan, i don't know."

"Trent. Seriously."

"Dylan i actually don't know what happened."

"Did she pass out?"

"No."

"So she went home with him."

"Yes."

"Do you think they did anything?" He paused and looked away.

"Honestly?"

"Yes honestly."

"Paxton wouldn't if she didn't put herself onto him."

"Do you think she did though."

"Probably. She was after Beto left."

"So you think they did something."

"Yes, i don't we'll ever know." I sighed and looked at Trent.

"Why do you think that." I had questioned.

"The only person whose going to remember is Paxton. Paxton won't tell anyone. I doubt he'll even tell me."

"Trent."

"Dylan. They definitely did something, but don't tell Beto. He'll kill him."
