Strengths: he can see what the chances of losing a fight are, and see all the things that would let him win. Arguably unbeatable
Weaknesses: his quirk really messes with his mental health. And, for now, the predictions aren't fully controllable, and usually just happen whenever it stops him from dying. And, to add insult to injury, he can get crushing migraines
Ultimate move: it's just a 'get out of jail free card' for death that lets him completely avoid dying, unless it's inevitable.

Personality: he's.... painfully anxious. As a part of his quirk, he's super anxious all the time, and he's basically run by his conditions. Though he does want to be a hero, with an overwhelming urge to help as many people as possible
Physical health: it's mostly good, aside from his headaches
Mental health: less than ideal. Crippling anxiety, and a heaping of PTSD that, while making his quirk more powerful, also really just messes with his life
Looks: he's a skinny boy. Not by choice, it's just that he has a hard time eating properly because he always foresees himself choking. He has short, white hair, usually just past his ears, though it's notable that whenever his quirk is used for a big prediction, it will actually grow to longer lengths. His skin is deathly pale, possibly a result of the deaths he's experienced, though it's hard to say. He's about 4'8 too, and he usually wears a blindfold or visor to cover his milky, lifeless eyes
Hero outfit: he wears white robes, with golden accessories like chains and pins, that give him the whole 'ancient prophet of the gods' sorta look, with a golden visor that completely obscured his vision, which is shaped like a pointed star.
