Quirk description; well to start, the 'rock' part is a total lie. It's there because of how much she likes rock music, and because she doesn't want anyone to be able to figure out her quirk by name alone. 'Hot', however, is accurate. She can ignite her entire body in flames, and sort of push flames away. Meaning that, if so inclined, she can kind of 'burst' with energy. Across her whole body, it's an insane burst of heat that could deter most attackers, and ignite anything close. Localised to a single area, it's more like a very rapid explosion being forced through a very small nozzle, usually resulting in a lot of push force
Strengths: her quirk doesn't have any drawbacks, per se. She can't keep it up forever of course, but she can pretty much maintain it as long as she's capable of fighting, and it won't have any weakening effects on her. Not to mention it can only grow from where it is
Weaknesses: she can't ignite if she's wet. Small amounts of water just burn away, but if she's in heavy rain, or just completely soaked, it's a no go

Personality: she's an odd one. Quite literally, it's impossible to pin anything down about her. She's generally upbeat, and enjoys messing around a lot. She has a weird habit of screwing with people in the most obvious ways, and for some reason they fall for it most of the time. She's also a big fan of fighting, fairly confident in herself, and would fight anyone if she thinks she might win
Physical health: surprisingly, she's super healthy
Mental health: surprisingly, she's actually a high functioning sociopath. Specifically, a disempathetic sociopath
Appearance: she's about 5'6, with a slightly skinnier than average. She's SUPER pale, with her black hair that falls to about her jaw, and starts curling about halfway down. She's got a piercing in her left nostril, a golden ring. A thin one, though. She's got brown eyes, and typically wears a bright red/copper eyeshadow around her eyes, though she'll occasionally trade in for a darker colour. Like dark purple or blue. Her lips are also always hidden under lipstick, either black or VERY deep crimson
When using her quirk, her whole body is obviously aflame. It hides colours, and sort of blurs her shape a little, but not enough to make it impossible to identify her figure or features. Her hair acts differently, floating above her lie a bunch of flaming tentacles, and her eyes and mouth carry a distinct white glow, making it easier to identify her expressions
Hero outfit: a black, fireproof leotard. That's all. She's on fire whenever she does hero work anyway, so she doesn't really need to worry about it
