Weaknesses: she can't make ice the same way Shoto would, being unable to even come close to the amount of ice he can produce, and she needs the water in the air to do it, so if it's a dry atmosphere she can't make quite as much
Ultimate move: sliced blizzard. She makes a little sharp blades, all like thick toothpicks, and just shoots them into her target
