Strengths: he's great at sneaking, and tracking. Also very good for rescues, mostly when children are involved
Weaknesses: he's not necessarily strong. And he's somehow both smart, and a total moron. Also super easily distracted when he's not focused on tracking. He also has somewhat of a speech impediment that causes him to meow a lot, which is worse when he's scared, nervous, or upset.
Ultimate move: he scratches the SHIT out of his opponent. It's simple, but also surprisingly effective

Personality: his most noticeable trait is his naivety. He doesn't trust villains, luckily, but he has way too much trust in people if he doesn't have any reason not to. For example, almost any of his classmates could tell him the most Unbelievable lie, and he'd believe it anytime. Even if it was something he'd know isn't true, he'd probably trust them. He's fairly airheaded, and easily distracted, until he's after something. Then, he's a perfectly honed machine, who can work with total precision without failure
Physical health: it's great, though he is fairly fragile
Mental health: again, good, he's just kinda dumb
Looks: he's about 5'1, and extremely slim. He has a very feminine build, which is mostly due to his quirk, giving him the high agility and flexibility of a cat. He has a pair of white cats ears on the sides of his head, sort of between the very top and where most peoples ears are, and a long black tail, which he can use with some degree of strength
Hero outfit: it's a white and black outfit, heavily inspired by the wild, wild pussycats. In fact, it's basically a recoloured version of their dresses, though it's built more akin to a maids dress. It looks cute, but doesn't necessarily enhance his quirk in any way
