Strengths: she has a great range, and she's very versatile when it comes to what she can use
Weaknesses: the true range of her quirk is dependant on what she's using. She can't hit someone a mile away with a rock because she can't throw it that far, and she can't shoot a handgun and hit someone in a different country. She also can't control the projectile once it's away from her, so if there's a variable that she didn't plan on, like a sudden gust of wind, or an obstacle. If she does plan on them, they don't matter
