Quirk description: he's a snowman. Literally made of snow. He can manipulate his body in various ways, such as changing his proportions or making himself another limb. He doesn't melt at room temperature, and can handle some surprisingly high heats, though something that would cause actual pain to a person would kill him, and prolonged exposure to sunlight WILL kill him. He can also manipulate and create snow clouds, though the power really depends on the environment, and switch between snow and ice whenever he wants. He's also able to raise or lower his own body temperature from anywhere between ice and human body temperature
Strengths: obviously he's strong in the cold, and he's immune to cuts and gunshots. Attacks don't effect him unless they melt him, or spread his body around to the point he can't maintain his own temperature enough to avoid melting. And he can build himself bigger if he gets access to snow or slush, which also helps him with clouds
Weaknesses: he melts, obviously, and maintaining his own temperature takes energy, so if he gets tired he could straight up die. Not to mention the fact that if someone wanted, they could just pull parts of his body off, and then he has less snow. He also feels just as much as people, but with even more sensitivity to surrounding heat, so he's uncomfortable in almost all weather
Ultimate move: he surrounds everyone around him with clouds, and creates a blizzard. He can see perfectly, but it basically blinds everyone else, and is especially strong against fire based quirks

Personality: despite his quirk, he's super warm and friendly. He's playful most of the time, since playful snow is the best type of snow. He enjoys doing things that make people laugh, which is easy when you can change your shape the way he can, and especially likes kids since they're easier to make laugh
Physical health: well, since he's made of snow, he TECHNICALLY doesn't have anything wrong with him, though since he's made of snow that's also kind of problematic
Mental health: he's perfectly healthy
Looks: he's snow. That's all. He doesn't have a defined face, but he'll usually just use a pair of buttons, pebbles, or shiny things for eyes, depends on how he's feeling. His natural height would be about 5 feet, though his exact shape is hard to determine since he changes it at will
Hero outfit: it's a special scarf. It's able to change between hot and cold at the press of a button, allowing him to stay alive a little easier, whilst also letting him help others without doing more damage in cases where they'd be cold, like an attack in the winter or after a drowning. It's not as comfortable as a regular scarf, but it could pass
