She can change her patterns and colours to match her environment almost perfectly, even in a 3D sense. And it's not entirely related, but she also has gills
Strengths: she's AMAZING at hide and seek. She can hide almost anywhere, and she's a great swimmer. And with a bit of creativity, her quirk can be super useful, since a rapid enough set of changes can mess with people's heads and even make it impossible to fight, in some cases
Weaknesses: in open spaces, she can't do much, especially when she's not hidden BEFORE being found. And she doesn't handle the heat too well

Looks: you can probably guess that her colours aren't important, since they become whatever she wants. Her body is much easier though, taking the form of a slender female humanoid. She looks MOSTLY human in shape, but there are some noticeable differences. She hasn't got a mouth, her skin is all leather-like scales, she's got gills, and she also has a few fins, sort of. More like sails, on her calves, forearms, and her back.
