Descriptions: it's a difficult quirk to explain. He's sort of just... a good fighter? His quirk does a lot of little things, ranging from giving him heavily reinforced bones in his hands, wrists, arms, and shins, to having a disproportionate amount of strength for his size. It's not superhuman, but it's closer to 'top athlete' than 'small teenager'. He's also scarily light on his feet, being able to bounce, dodge and weave better than some people walk. He also has a natural knack for hand to hand fighting, and spotting weaknesses.
Strengths: fighting, of course. It's actually really hard to beat him in a regular fighting match
Weaknesses: he can't grow, physically. Height, maybe, but in terms of muscle and resistance he can't improve what he's got without some sort of super regiment, but the work he'd have to do would kill him before results even showed
Ultimate move: he doesn't have one, since his fights are always different

Physical health: while physically tough, his super reinforced bones do make him slightly heavier than he should be, making it impossible for him to swim without assistance.
Mental health: there aren't any real issues, other than what might be a self esteem and image problem
Looks: he's fucking TINY. About 4'11, with basically no real muscle to him. He has shoulder length brown hair, and matching brown eyes, making him appear fairly feminine.
