Strengths: seeing as things like metal and rock are pretty common and easy to carry around, she doesn't usually struggle to find something strong to become. She can also slightly change her shapes when absorbing, so she can give herself Sharpened hands or huge clubs for fists. Another slight advantage is that if someone has a control quirk, it won't work on her, even if she becomes the material that they control
Weaknesses: she can only absorb so much from certain sources. A handful of coins could cover SOME of her, but it's not enough to get all of her body. And the materials can be broken away, leaving her regular skin underneath
