Quirk description: she's whale. She does whale things with her whale-esque body. She has a huge tail which helps her with swimming, she has a huge head, sort of extending out behind her similar to a Xenomorph, which is filled with something similar to spermaceti. It amplifies sounds in her skull, giving her good hearing, and allowing her to amplify her own sounds. Not speech, just clicks or moans. Other than that it's just being a good swimmer and being able to hold her breath for half an hour
Strengths: she's got a strong core, and is an amazing swimmer. She can use her echolocation to see really well in the dark, and her abilities get stronger in the water, where she can stay for a long time if she doesn't use a lot of energy
Weaknesses: while her tail is strong, it isn't super flexible, and can only really move up and down. She's also super heavy, so she has trouble sprinting or running on land, though she can eventually learn to use her weight distributions to her advantage
Ultimate move: she builds up a huge click in her head, which is capable of pretty much boiling some smaller creatures, and messes with the senses of bigger ones, namely the hearing and balance

Looks: being a whale, she's very big. 8'5, with a really meaty build, since she's covered in a mix of muscle and blubber. She doesn't look particularly muscular, since her outer skin is thick and smooth. She's a full grey all over her body, aside from her front, where she's mostly just a lighter colour, white from her collarbone to her hips. She has a huge tail coming out from her lower back which usually drags along the floor, and a skull that extends far further back than usual, about a foot, and sits down against her back. She has a blowhole on the middle of her back, too
Hero outfit: she wears something like a dive suit, though thinner, that matches the colour of her back. She doesn't really need gadgets for it
