Strengths: she's a great fighter,navigator, strategist, and she can't get motion sick. She's talented with many types of swords, and non-automatic guns. She's also pretty resistant to poisons and alcohol, and it's really hard to control her mind with a quirk
Weaknesses: her quirk only makes her smarter, and alcohol isn't easy to get when you're 15 and sound like you're pretending to be a pirate

Personality: she's a loud, confident, and proud woman. She keeps fighting until she dies, or until she's ordered to stop. She's chivalrous, routined, and follows a strict code. In regular, day to day life, she's the sort of person who can inspire those around her, and get people to push their limits and forget fear. As a hero, she's the same, but with a lot more 'punish the evil' and honour. She listens to people she acknowledges as leaders, and will listen to what she's told, whilst making sure her stance is known. She expects other people to do the same with her if she's ever in charge. Everyone gets a vote, and everyone deserves to be heard.
Physical health: she doesn't suffer anything severe, aside from maybe a pretty bad fear of heights. Flying, specifically.
Looks: she's a pirate, and it's obvious. Her skin pretty much always looks like it's covered in a layer of dirt, which is as aspect of her quirk, and her hair is always curled, and slightly messed up. It's a bright red, curled, and just about gets past her shoulders. She's tall, and while she isn't physically buff, she's not weak. She looks, unsurprisingly, like someone who can handle not eating for a long time while still being fit enough to fight off a group of people. She has a bunch of scars, some real and some she was just born with, like a large cut along her cheek, and fake burn marks all over her arms, as if she'd been putting fags out on them. Ironically, the real scars are all mundane. Some from times she cut herself playing or practicing, some from when she's been scratched by an animal, and some from times she's just generally made a bit of a mistake and hurt herself. Usually touching hot things or walking into doors
Hero outfit: well, she dresses like one of the most recognisable pirates, Jack Sparrow. Same outfit, changed to fit her figure, with one addition of a specially made top that she can open up to reveal her chest, to rub it into her enemy that they've just been defeated by a girl. Pirate tradition, of course.
Her pirate code;
Everything is split between all who helped earn it, and they can be drank, eaten, or used whenever they want, unless they all agree that it's for the better to do otherwise
No gambling
Keep your equipment clean, working, and reliable
Women and children don't fight. Mostly, she just means that civilians shouldn't have to help during hero work, and villains who involve anyone who isn't a hero or a villain immediately loses the rights to a clean fight. But, when she eventually becomes a sea-sailing buccaneer, that rules fully applies. No women or children
Don't fight in your home territory. If her teammates have a disagreement in a place where they should cooperate, like their class or someone's home, they can't get physical. They should resolve it verbally, or take it to a neutral place and beat the shit out of each other
Stand by your crew mates. Don't desert anyone, and always back them up.
Listen to the captain. If it's something that affects everyone, like a decision, then everyone gets a vote. If it's an order, you shut up and do as you're told.
