Quirk description: he has the ability to change his shape. He can become any animal he wants, as long as he knows enough about how they look, and when he does he becomes as strong, or fast, or resilient as that creature. He can also do people, but not as well. Another fun little side effect is that people's eyes tend to skip over him, unless they know where he is. He could be a horse, standing in the hallways, and everyone would walk around him without even acknowledging that there shouldn't be a horse there. It's only really overcome if you know that it's him, and you're fully intending to look directly at him
Strengths: some animals can be really useful, and since they don't have to exist, that opens a lot of doors.
Weaknesses: he's bound by nature, so if something from a fantasy animal isn't biologically possible, he can't do it. And if he tries to change under pressure, there's a chance he might mess up. And he can't just change between a bunch of creatures super fast, there's kind of a 'cooldown' which is determined by size and complexity

Personality: he acts a lot like he looks. He's always ready for a nap, and would happily spend all his free time asleep if he could. Yet, simultaneously, he's naturally pretty fit, which might contribute to his permanent tiredness
Physical health: it's hard to be unhealthy when you can make your body into whatever you want
Mental health: he has a bit of hypersomnia, and may eventually come to suffer with narcolepsy
Looks: since he can change them whenever he wants, it's hard to tell what his natural appearance is, unless he's asleep. But even then, it isn't necessarily fixed, his appearance seeming to be whatever makes people not notice him. But he's 5'7, and has a somewhat athletic build anyway
Hero outfit: it's an adjustable collar, that sits as a belt when he's a person, and moves to his neck whenever he becomes an animal, made of a super light material that can change its size to such degrees thanks to its great engineering. Attached to said collar is basically an encyclopaedia on loads of different animals, which he made himself.
