She can even make herself into paper, literally just scraps that would then be carried away by the wind, meaning she can also basically fly
Strengths: wood and paper are a super abundant resource, so she doesn't struggle to find a source, and her control is almost masterful.
Weaknesses: paper naturally isn't exactly super strong, so she usually needs to prepare to get too much use from it. And if her paper is wet, it's weakened more
Ultimate move: she restrains her target with papers, slowing their movement until they're completely stopped. And, if she has to, she can suffocate them
