Personality: he's tired a lot, because of how little he sleeps, but it's probably worth it. He's pretty quiet, and tends to avoid confrontation if he can, usually sorting things out with words. He's also shockingly smart, especially with building, and is just at home in the support workshops as he is in the hero course
Physical health: he has some problems with lack of blood brought on by his quirk, and energy problems caused by not sleeping

Looks: he's kind of... emo? His quirk caused him to pretty much permanently suffer from blood loss, at least with his looks, and adding his tiredness into that gives him really pale skin, and really noticeable eye bags. His hair is dark crimson, and fairly short, and his body is slim, but not skinny, with a good amount of muscle.
Hero outfit: civvy clothes. Normal clothing is comfortable enough to keep his body temperature stable when he's using his quirk, and he usually dresses in things that allow him to move comfortably and freely
