Strengths: well, strength. He's four times stronger than he looks, and four times tougher. He can also use some of his own energy to forcibly heal wounds.
Weaknesses: for one, it's impossible for him to swim. He's too heavy for his body to float without a lot of assistance. He also can't heal major wounds, so anything fatal is too much, as well as dislocated bones. It also takes four times as much work to get stronger through working out
Ultimate move: times three! He can temporarily increase his abilities by a multiple of three. Three times stronger, three times as much stamina, three times tougher, etcetera. It doesn't last long though, about thirty seconds is his limit for now. Over time he can make it last longer, as well as increase the multiplier at the expense of time

Personality: well, competitiveness is a big thing for him. He'll take part in almost any bet given to him, as long as it is possible, isn't illegal, and doesn't hurt anyone. On that front, he's also really nice to people, sort of a 'dad friend' type of person
Physical health: it's amazing! Great cardio, great strength, the only problems he has is a slight case of diabetes
Mental health: he doesn't have any problems, really
Looks: he's approximately 6'5, and he has a massive build. Basically, in terms of body, he's just a shorter all might. His hair is bright blue, and also fairly long, usually either tied back into a bun or ponytail.
Hero outfit: it's just a pair of shorts. Regular old shorts, with the addition of a shoulder cape which he had to add to meet the requirements of skin coverage, though he also has a leather bracer with insulin shots, since having an episode in the middle of a patrol isn't ideal
Personal hero: the sweets hero; Sugarman! This isn't the sort of hero he looks up to, more of the 'you're a lifesaver' type, since he can always get something sugary when he needs it, and they're both pretty similar in terms of being big dudes who just get strong as hell
