Description: well, basically, her quirk allows her to take a deep breath and puff up her body. The biggest she's been able to get it so far is about six feet across.
Strengths: she's great as repelling enemies, and putting out fires. She also has decent resistance to falling since she usually just bounces off the ground whenever she's puffed
Weaknesses: she isn't that strong physically, and if she gets winded before she can inhale them obviously she can't inflate. It also gets harder to physically love her limbs the more she's inflated
Ultimate move: she sorta crushes her opponent by blowing herself really high into the air, and then dropping her full weight onto them. If she blows at the start, she can break concrete and really dent metal

Personality: she's a really sweet girl. She's sort of motherly, always comforting people if they're sad and doing her best to be supportive of almost everything, whilst still being okay with scolding people for doing something bad. She gets along well with kids too
Physical health: she has lots of bruises from all the impacts she's in, and she suffers from pretty bad psoriasis and dry skin
Mental health: it's fine, she's a positive pillar of support!
Looks: the most noticeable thing is the effects her quirk has on her skin, which is covered in stretch marks and dry skin, though none of those affect her hands, feet, or above her neck since those don't usually get affected by her quirk. She has yellow hair which she keeps long and usually in a ponytail for convenience, and her body itself is actually pretty normal. She's not that muscular, though her stomach is fairly toned
Hero outfit: well, she adopts the whole 'pufferfish' thing entirely. Her outfit is a yellow bodysuit with triangular spikes hanging off her back, which stand up when she expands, like a puffer fish. She has two rubber pipes that lead from a sort of mouth piece towards her feet, so she can move faster in water, and the whole thing is made of a material that can stretch just as much as she does
Personal hero: fatgum, because as a kid she was always teased for having a quirk that made her into a living ball. It always embarrassed her, but fatgum taught her to accept it, albeit indirectly. Plus she works a lot like him, being mostly defensive and taking hits to buy time or block the enemy
