Quirk description: the name mostly comes from how it makes her look, which is pretty much UwU. The quirk, however, let's her make and throw glitter bombs. Either as grenades, sort of like water bombs of glitter, or just clouds of glitter. It has varying effects, able to disrupt electronic components. With people, it doesn't do all too much, other than regular glitter things. Though it does have a chance to just knock people out if she uses too much. This isn't all that helpful, but she can also make people look more like her for a short period of time
Strengths: she doesn't like dangerous, in the slightest, so people tend not to try when they're fighting her. But she's surprisingly good at fighting
Weaknesses: her quirk isn't all that powerful, and if someone had no eyes, or is blind, it doesn't do anything
Ultimate move: clouds of glitter float around her, which blind anyone who gets too close, and makes it harder for people at range to hit her since they can't see her properly

Looks: she's about 4'2, and looks entirely wrong. She has a case of 'all might syndrome', like Mirio and all might , wherein she's pretty much a different art style to everyone else. Her eyes are huge, mostly just iris, which is a technicolour mess of glittery sparkles. Her mouth is, guess what? Pretty much a 'W', hence the name of her quirk. She has super colourful hair, also coloured like glitter, which falls halfway down her back
Hero outfit: she wears clothes that match her colours. A bodysuit that looks like it was used a paint rag for an art student with ADHD, just covered in paint. All different colours, naturally. She has specially lined sleeves that she can fill with glitter to make bombs that others can use
