Strengths: because of how the quirk works, she can also block attacks with it. And, if someone breaks it, it then becomes a cloud of super tiny, super sharp blades. The quirk also doesn't work on her
Weaknesses: it's not much of a long range quirk, so she has to be really close to fight. And since she's a pretty tiny girl, she doesn't do well with actual hand to hand combat
