Quirk description: okay, TECHNICALLY she has two quirks. But one's a mutation from her mother, and isn't quite useful in most cases. Her real quirk, Gale force, allows her to 'control' winds. It's only one type of control though, which happens to be 'away', essentially giving her the ability to blast strong air away from her body. But it's not the air around her, it's actually air she produces
Strengths: she can get things away from her, easily, so any low velocity or low mass projectiles/objects can have trouble hitting her
Weaknesses: there IS an air limit, and while there isn't anything that signifies what the limit is or explains why there's a limit, the limit can go up when she uses her quirk, or if she's desperate enough. Like being able to suddenly run at faster when you're scared

Appearance: she's EVERYTHING. Her body is sort of elongated, giving her a stretched out appearance. Long arms, long legs, long body, etc. Her left arm looks fairly normal, while her right arm is covered with a hard black shell. She has seven octopus-like tentacles on her waist, which she can use just like extra arms. Just... sticky. She has a foldable wing of sorts that connects to her arms, and can be hidden if she wants, though they aren't exactly useful without her main quirk. She also has a heavy, clubbed tail, strong quills on her back, and a long tongue. About three feet long, in fact
Hero outfit: she just uses some tight, yet breathable fabric, skintight and all black. It doesn't interfere with her quirk, and is fairly easy to put on
