Description: it's very simple. He's bouncy. Specifically, his legs are. His body itself isn't necessarily bouncy, but it is great at absorbing physical impacts
Strengths: it's good for speed, and uneven environments work well for him. It's also very useful when falling of something tall
Weaknesses: flat, open environments aren't very useful for him, and the amount of energy he can absorb is just barely his terminal velocity, meaning if he was propelled faster than his body would naturally fall it would still injure him
Ultimate move: he ricochets off of as many surfaces as he can to gain speed and move in a way that would be hard to predict or even see for most enemies

Personality: he's energetic, for one. He's also kind of an adrenaline junkie, so he usually runs around in places that would result in a VERY long fall. He's also surprisingly okay at handling pain, and possibly as a cause of this he isn't the sort of person to stay quiet to avoid a confrontation. He'll almost always speak his mind, though that also may be something he taught himself to do because of Mirko

Looks: he's a surprisingly tall person. He's about 7'2, mostly because of his legs being large, and spring, shaped very similarly to artificial legs used by Paralympic sprinters. Just bigger, and natural. He's a slim person, with long, messy blue hair, and matching blue eyes
Hero outfit: he wears a blue and gold bodysuit, which stops just above his knees, and is also full of tiny needles with minuscule amounts of adrenaline, which inject him every time he gets hit hard enough. He also has a sort of visor, that keeps things out of his eyes, and has two large rabbit like ears attached that can help boost his hearing, made by Mei and based off of his favourite hero Mirko. They can swivel around to pinpoint the sounds he hears, and they look nice so people end up sorts comforted when he's rescuing them
