Quirk descriptions: zip wrists, arguably the most useful of the two, is exactly what it sounds like. She can fire a grappling hook from the sides of her wrists, and reel them in with her waist. They work both as a traditional hook, which wraps around and secures itself, as well as a non-traditional hook that breaks into a wall to stack itself. She can reel it in pretty rapidly, and fire them out with decent force with a limit of about 50 feet. If broken, she will feel it, and it takes a while to heal back. If she gets the line severed at the end of her arm, it can take over half a year to heal fully. Lightning rod is far more powerful, and also more useless. She can basically summon a lightning strike on herself. It hits directly on her, and simultaneously the quirk gives her heavy resistance to natural electricity, and decent resistance to quirk electricity.
Strengths: she's highly mobile in most environments, and can easily fight with anyone who relies on electricity to fight. If, say, Denki zapped her with enough juice to knock a regular person out, it'll probably just sting a little, or cause some tingling. If someone were to shoot her with a stun gun, it would tickle.
Weaknesses: the hooks are incredibly hard to use, and she isn't immune to electricity. If she gets struck, she isn't gonna die, but it will hurt her a lot, so she can only use it if she can guarantee that it'll let her win.

Personality: she's semi-energetic. She's not quite as energetic as Denki, but she's definitely pretty ADHD. She doesn't fall asleep easily, she has trouble sitting still, and she has fairly poor attention. She's also pretty impulsive and unorganised, and has a weird preference to stay elevated, and is generally uncomfortable on the ground or just being low. She's about as flirtatious as her half brother, but she's actually better at it than him. She's just naturally charismatic
Physical health: if you ignore the electricity scars, the rapid heartbeat, and all the other injuries she usually has, she's fine.
Mental health: aside from a little ADHD, it's not bad
Looks: she's a tall girl, standing maybe around 5'8. She's fairly agile, with a decent amount of strength, giving her a slim-athletic body. Her hair is electric blue, with a bright streak running through it, again like her brother. Then, from her eye to her stomach, she has a branching lightning scar, which branches off across her back, down her legs, and to her ankles. It grows every time she's struck
Hero outfit: since her main quirk happens to be a lot like the gear from a certain manga, she dresses like she's from it, and it should be obvious which one it is. She also has stabilisers on her arms and hips, which help her control her grapples.
