Quirk description: it's two parts. One is that she can make bullets inside her mouth and throat, as well as small explosives. The other is that she can spit has fast as a gun fires.
Strengths: she's permanently armed, and her quirk can produce a lot of small billets in a short period of time
Weaknesses: she needs to practice her production to make a bullet properly, meaning she can't just make a new type of gullet out of nowhere. It takes a few days just to learn a very simple 9mm, and the more complex or damaging the bullet is the longer it takes. Same with the explosives, something like a Molotov cocktail would be really easy. But something like a hand grenade would be more difficult. And, obviously, she can't breathe right when using it

Looks: she's a average sized girl. Skinny, about 5'4, and not overly muscular anywhere. She has long brown hair, which she usually just leaves in a ponytail, and fair skin.
Hero outfit: traditional mafia stuff. Grey suit, trilby hat, and a jacket that would just rest on her shoulders, which happens to hold some unloaded guns just in case she can't use her quirk
