Quirk description: while it isn't technically limited to her arms, it's basically what the name suggests. She can make spikes on her arms, hands, fingers, feet, and legs. They range in size from a ten inch blade to... well, anything shorter. The sharpness of the blades is the most complex part of it, since they have very strange, illogical effects. They seem to be infinitely sharp on some materials, so much so that they don't even cut. For example, she can hold a blade against a brick wall, and it would just ass right through, though if someone other than her pulled on it, it wouldn't move back out, essentially making her spikes the perfect weapon for mobility. It works on basically any inorganic material, other than plastic for some reason. The blades themselves are as hard as a steel blade, though their durability isn't based on size, and instead they're all as strong as a full sized, ten inch blade
Strengths: knives forever, perfect climbing capabilities, and they also could be used as armour in very specific situations, and the resources used to make them can be regained by reabsorbing them, though only about 80%
Weaknesses: the production of the blades uses iron in her blood, so if she uses too much then breathing becomes harder and she gets really lightheaded. And she still feels them, so if they break it would feel as if she's just snapped a body part off
Ultimate move: porcupine. She just makes loads of spikes over her body, which makes her almost untouchable as long as she can go without breathing

Personality: she's a really energetic girl, with a surprising amount of focus and determination. She could probably do a bunch of high octane activities, or general sports, for hours without tiring or giving up. She's also great at thinking ahead, albeit only in the very near future. Not enough to plan anything important, but enough to make sure she can run from A to B without dying. But if she fails. Whole bunch of times at the same thing in a short period of time, she gets frustrated easily
Physical health: she's pretty healthy, unless she uses her quirk too much. Then, until she takes the blades back in, she's basically incapable of breathing
Mental health: that doesn't have any problems
Looks: she has very short black hair, which falls just a bit past her chin. She's 5'9, incredibly acrobatic, and while she isn't visibly muscular she definitely has what she needs to fight and run
