Quirk description: she can summon things to fight for her. She can choose between a Phoenix, a robot, and then a completely randomised form. They can be anywhere from a few inches to ten feet tall, and they both have obvious abilities. The robot can take a lot of damage, and is super strong. The Phoenix is flameproof, can produce flames, and fly. The random form is something that appears when she doesn't know which to go for, and is basically always different, but somehow always suited for the situation in one way or another.
Strengths: she has something for many situations, and she can control them extremely well
Weaknesses: the forms aren't sentient, and for the most part they just do what she does. They can do things if commanded, but not fight. Things like 'lift that' or 'carry this thing to this place'. And they require energy to make, as well as reflecting most of their damage onto her. Rip the robots arm off? Hers goes too

Physical health: she's healthy, though also super scarred on most of her body from the neck down, but they're not HUGE. Just small things from fights, surgeries to fix her up after fights, and times she's just fucked something up and accidentally cut or burnt herself
Mental health: if you ignore the fact she's willing to go to excessive extremes to avoid being considered girly, she's okay
Looks: she's... exactly what you'd expect of someone who spends half her weekends punching fully grown men. She's strong, tough, and nothing that could be considered traditionally feminine. Her hair is her black and cut short, especially on the sides.
Hero outfit: the same thing she'll kick anyone's ass in, her boxing gear. A top, cut short on the arms and stomach, and grey sweatpants.
