Quirk description: as you can probably expect, it's pretty much a Phoenix quirk. It gives various abilities, such as the ability to fly, being fireproof, and a natural regeneration. He can 'summon' wings from his back, which are sort of backups. His main method of flight is to actually replicate the wings on his arms, using fire. He can handle extremely high temperatures, without much drawback. He can also regenerate for many injuries, if given enough time. As long as he isn't killed by an attack and can actually get away, he can essentially incinerate himself and reform as basically the same person, though he does risk some sort of mutation. It's not a binary thing though, so he can vary the effects, such as giving himself an insane fever to basically destroy any sort of infection he may have.
Strengths: he's almost fireproof, obviously, and he's highly mobile seeing as he can fly. Then he's got the regeneration, and while not as useful, he can turn into a Phoenix, but that doesn't help in many situations.
Weaknesses: he lacks physical strength. He does have a strong chest, and arms, because of how he often flies with his arms, but he's EXTREMELY fragile. Mostly his skeleton, seeing as it's a good bit lighter than most people. He also needs to take time to regenerate from his injuries, and once he's started his regeneration he can't stop. He's just ash too, so if you took some and just scattered it about or just kept it away, he's grow wrong. Maybe coming back without an arm, or being blind. He's also weak to lower temperatures and water. While they don't necessarily harm him, they do weaken him. He can't use fire if he's wet, and the lower the temperatures get the harder it is to maintain higher heats.
Ultimate move: he calls it his burning hurricane. He surrounds himself with fire, and flies into a person, or past groups of people, which can not only burn them but also possibly blind them temporarily, if given enough time to warm up

Personality: he's a fairly prude person, and gets flustered pretty quickly. He finds it awkward just to see some of his classmates in their outfits. He's also sort if a clean freak, and grooms himself obsessively. He is willing to get dirty, if he has to, but he generally tries to avoid it, and makes sure to fix himself up as soon as possible, and will almost definitely panic if he doesn't get the chance to brace for it first. He's also somewhat awkward, and often just sits to the side while people are having fun, which is sort of a side effect of his never ending battle against dirt. He definitely WANTS to have fun with people, and make friends, but he usually struggles
Physical health: it's pretty much flawless. But that can change super quickly if he's unlucky
Mental health: he has some mild OCD, but he's learning to live with it.
Looks: he's basically the spitting image of a high class douche. He's tall, lean, and handsome. He naturally walks with great posture and purpose, almost always appearing to be looking down on people and judging them. It's not intentional, he just has that sort of face, naturally sneering at most people. He's meticulously cleaned, with spotless skin, perfectly brushed hair, and pristine feathers, which mostly stay around his wings. The wings themselves are positioned on his lower back, roughly where the centre of gravity is. He has a secondary pair, which are higher up and between his shoulders blades, which allow him to glide and turn with great ease. The feathers are a bright orange colour, as you could probably expect.
Hero outfit: he wears a suit. That's... basically it. Just a regular suit.
