Quirk description: he breathes fire. Or, he CAN. He can breathe really hard, sort of like an air cannon, it just so happens he also has the ability to produce a flame somewhere between his mouth and lungs, which is carried by flammable gasses he can store in his lungs. A fun side effect is that he can actually fill his lungs with flammable gases, which can make him lighter than air, and is capable of breathing and living with most gasses, meaning even if he's just inhaling pure hydrogen he can still use it to move as well as oxygen. This also happens to make his blood as flammable as gasoline
Strengths: he can control his flame really well, from anywhere between a long, broad flame to a small, energetic blowtorch. Eventually, even enough to make a sustainable laser, which can melt basically anything
Weaknesses: he has super weird biology, which results in most forms of medicine being completely ineffective on him. And if you wind him, he can't blow fire. His flame is also limited, so he would have to let it 'recharge' if he overuses it
Ultimate move: external combustion. He blows a load of gas out, and then ignites it, which increases his range and trades heat for concussive force

Looks: he's a tall, skinny person. Really skinny, in fact. He doesn't gain energy from food, since he has no stomach, and has very little body fat. He has exactly enough to protect everything else under his skin, which gives him an odd body shape. He has fiery red hair, and eyes
Hero outfit: it's mostly filled with contraptions. Small grenades in his belt which he can fill with gas, and an external flame that sits in front of his his mouth, in case his ever runs out. The rest is fairly thick, and of course red, made of a similar material to fire fighter uniforms to reduce the amount of damage his quirk does to him
