Quirk description: there's a few basic functions of it. The first, durability, is fairly basic. Having a synthetic body means he can withstand a lot more damage than a person, and can put up with fatal damages for longer periods of time without being slowed down as much by pain. He can live in semi-extreme environments too, such as underwater, high altitudes, and at far ends of temperatures, such as the Australian outback, or the arctic circle. His body is pretty tough, resistant to cuts and gashes. The second aspect is versatility, since he can change his body to suit many needs, and add or remove functions with ease. He needs to fly? He's got a jet pack. It's dark? Congratulations, his eyes work with night vision. Minor functions can be done on the fly, but bug changes need to be swapped out somewhere safe. Really, the only limits are imagination, and time.
Strengths: he's tough and strong, so a regular fistfight against him is super hard to win, especially since he barely feels pain. He's also made of a naturally regeneration micro-swarm, which lets him 'transfer' injuries from major to minor
Weaknesses: he needs power, and his power source isn't exactly safe. Also, electricity. He's an android, so a big enough jolt of electricity can mess with his components, and take him out until he can repair them.
Ultimate move: he can discharge his own energy in varying degrees. More power means more destruction, and higher chance of defeating his opponent, but also means he himself gets more damaged and becomes weaker. If he's definitely about to die, and it's the best option, he can release all his energy and wipe out half a city, unless he aims well

Personality: he's a little monotonous. He doesn't emote or react as wildly as a regular person, usually being more analytical and perceptive instead of following emotions. He DOES have emotions, and can express them as freely as he wishes, but most of the time it's generally safer and smarter to just be a bit of a mix, coming across like a regular human, who just happens to plan ahead for everything
Physical health: well, seeing as he can rebuild himself from almost anything, it can't NOT be good
Mental health: aside from a virus or two, he's fine
Looks: without changes, he looks pretty normal. Short brown hair, white skin, and brown eyes. He couldn't look any more normal. But, if he wants it needs to, the skin can change colour, as can the eyes, and the hair can change colour or length.
Hero outfit: he doesn't necessarily need one, but he does have one. It's almost all functional, and mostly lights. His spike is lit up bright blue, and that same blue lights up his chest, which is meant to draw attention away from his head, since that's a weak spot. The rest of his suit is basically just a plastic armour with thin metal reinforcement, so he's mobile but still pretty protected
